The present invention relates to a multistage fluid compressor including a motor housing having a fluid injection port, a stator coupled to the inside of the motor housing, a rotor configured to penetrate the inside of the stator and having two opposite sides based on an axial direction, the two opposite sides being rotatably coupled to the motor housing, an impeller housing coupled to the motor housing and configured to communicate with the inside of the motor housing, the impeller housing having a fluid discharge port configured to connect the inside and outside thereof, and first and second impellers provided in the impeller housing and coupled to one end of the rotor, in which the compressor may be directly cooled by using a fluid intended to be compressed, and components of the compressor including a thrust bearing, the stator, and the rotor may be efficiently cooled.

The present invention relates to a brushless motor, and an objective of the present invention is to provide a brushless motor which can significantly reduce the cogging torque and torque ripple of the motor by minimizing the rate of change of magnetoresistance in accordance with a change in position of a rotor through the optimization of the shape design of the rotor and a stator, and can also reduce the weight of the brushless motor through the optimization of the shape design taking into consideration the materials of the rotor and the stator.

Provided is an inverter built-in brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, in which an inverter housing and a cover are coupled to each other by having a connector block interposed therebetween, a sealing portion formed in the connector block seals between a circumference in a height direction and a length direction of the connector block and an inner side surface of the inverter housing and the cover, and a space between an electric wire penetrating through an electric wire through hole and the connector block, thereby simplifying parts for forming a watertight structure, easily sealing between the inverter unit and the connector block and sealing between the connector block and the electric wire, and reducing a package size including a connector block assembling part formed in the inverter unit and the connector block.

Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth around each of which a stator coil is wound, a first insulator coupled to one side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, a second insulator coupled to the other side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, and a three-phase terminal inserted between the stator core and the second insulator and protruded partially to the outside of the second insulator to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, there are advantageous effects that since the three-phase terminal is assembled between insulators, breakaway and breakage of the three-phase terminal can be prevented and that insulation effect and assembly capability thereof are enhanced.

A brushless motor includes a rotor in which permanent magnets are provided on an inner circumferential surface of a rotor core, and a stator in which teeth are provided on respective ends of stator cores around each of which a coil is wound. Each of the teeth is formed such that the distance between a facing surface which faces the permanent magnet and an inner circumferential surface of the permanent magnet is increased from the center of the tooth to the end thereof. Therefore, the rate of variation in magnetic resistance in response to variation in position of the rotor can be minimized, whereby cogging torque can be markedly reduced.
