Provided is an apparatus for managing image data, by which the image data transferred to a mobile device from an image capturing device connected to the mobile device is managed. The apparatus may include a first controller located in a native layer for communicating with a java layer, a second controller located in a java layer for communicating with the native layer, and a plurality of ring-buffer type shared memories in which the image data transferred from the image capturing device is stored. The first controller may store the image data in the shared memory at a first state according to the order of the shared memories and may change the state information of the shared memory to a second state when the image data is completely stored. The second controller may read the image data stored in the shared memories at the second state according to the order of the shared memories and may change the state information of the shared memory to the first state when the image data is completely read.

Apparatus for managing video data and method the same

Provided is a concentration ratio controlling apparatus for concentration type solar cells. The concentration ratio controlling apparatus may include a first condensing unit to primarily concentrate quantity of light that is irradiated from a light source; a second condensing unit disposed between a lower portion of the first condensing unit and a solar cell to secondarily concentrate the quantity of light that has passed through the first condensing unit and thereby irradiate the secondarily concentrated light toward the solar cell; an adjustment unit disposed in an optical path between the light source and the first condensing unit to adjust a concentration area of the first condensing unit based on an external force, and thereby adjust the quantity of light that is concentrated by the first condensing unit; and a control unit to analyze an input signal and thereby supply a corresponding drive control signal to the adjustment unit.

Concentration-ratio controllable system in the solar simulator for the concentrate type solar cells

The driving circuit for an NDRO-FRAM includes several NDRO-FRAM (Non Destructive Non Volatile Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) cells each having a drain, a bulk, a source and a gate and arranged as a matrix. A plurality of reading word lines are separately connected to each drain of the NDRO-FRAM cells arranged in columns, and a plurality of writing word lines are separately connected to each bulk of the NDRO-FRM cells arranged in columns. Several data level transmission circuits for transmitting a data level of the NDRO-FRAM cells are also included, which are connected to a plurality of data level transmission circuits. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of reading and writing of data on the NDRO-FRAM cells.
