A coupling bushing includes a bushing body and a retainer for locking a coupling plug into the bushing body. The bushing body has a connecting section and a coupling section, wherein the connecting section and the coupling section are fluidically connected with each other via an inner channel. A bushing valve is arranged in the inner channel (), wherein the bushing valve () comprises a valve holder, an axially movable valve body and a valve seat. The retainer has at least one latching element, wherein the at least one latching element has a resiliently elastic design. The at least one latching element is designed to engage with a coupling plug.

Coupling assembly with valves

A quick connector coupling for making a severable connection with a male member and a female tube in a fluid line includes a connector body having a through bore for receiving the male member having a tubular shape sized to extend into the through bore of the connector body and having an upset, a retainer releasably securing the male member within the connector body, and a verifier including a conductor and moving between a verified position and an unverified position inside the connector body. The connector body includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) chip and an antenna electrically connected to the RFID chip to form a first circuit. In the unverified position of the verifier, the RFID chip electrically connected to the antenna sends an unverified signal through the antenna, and when the verifier is moved in the verified position, the RFID chip sends a verified signal through the antenna.

Transmitter for quick connector

A coupling assembly includes a female quick connector and a male member, wherein the male member has a latching element, a sealing section and a tip, wherein the sealing section is disposed between the latching element and the tip. The quick connector includes a retainer having at least one retaining element. The male member is in a latching position if the latching element is latched onto the at least one retaining element. The quick connector includes a verifier which is axially movable along a verification path, wherein the verification path comprises at least one locking position and at least one releasing position. The verifier in the locking position limits a movement of a section of the retainer in radial direction, so that the retainer is not actuatable in the locking position but actuatable in the releasing position of the verifier.

Quick connector with retainer and verifier

A quick connector for connection to a complementary counterpart comprises a coupling piece and a retainer for a section of a fluid having a coupling center axis defining an axial direction AD, a radial direction RD and a circumferential direction CD. The retainer is allocated to the coupling end, wherein the retainer has at least one retaining element for retaining the counterpart and at least one actuating element for opening the retainer for pulling the counterpart out of the coupling piece. The coupling piece comprises a first flange at the coupling end, wherein the first flange has a flange opening so as to insert a tool into the flange opening so that the tool can exert a force on the retainer and the actuating element, respectively. The flange opening has an outer border, wherein the outer border lies in radial direction RD outward of the flange opening.

Quick connector with tool release

A connector for connecting two fluid-conducting elements, in particular for connecting two motor vehicle pipelines, with a female plug-in part and a male plug-in part that can be plugged into the female plug-in part. The male plug-in part can be fixed on the female plug-in part via at least one fixing element. At least one indicator element is provided, which indicates the properly or completely fixed state of the male plug-in part which has been reached via the fixing element. When the male plug-in part is inserted into the female plug-in part, the indicator element is displaced outward in the radial direction. A radial outer position of the indicator element shows the properly fixed state of the male plug-in part on the female plug-in part.
