A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, pads, and first and second flexible circuit boards. The first substrate includes a first insulating substrate, a first resistance layer formed on the first insulating substrate, and first and second signal lines formed on the first insulating substrate. The second substrate faces the first substrate and includes a second insulating substrate, a second resistance layer formed on the second insulating substrate, and third and fourth signal lines formed on the second insulating substrate. The pads comprise a first pad connected to the first signal line, a second pad connected to the second signal line, a third pad connected to the third signal line, and a fourth pad connected to the fourth signal line. The first flexible circuit board is connected to two of the pads and the second flexible circuit board is connected to the other two pads.

Display device having a touch screen panel

A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, pads, a first flexible circuit board, and a second flexible circuit board. The first substrate includes a first insulating substrate, a first resistance layer formed on the first insulating substrate, and first and second signal lines formed on the first insulating substrate. The second substrate faces the first substrate and includes a second insulating substrate, a second resistance layer formed on the second insulating substrate, and third and fourth signal lines formed on the second insulating substrate. The pads comprise a first pad connected to the first signal line, a second pad connected to the second signal line, a third pad connected to the third signal line, and a fourth pad connected to the fourth signal line. An organic light emitting display includes a base substrate, a driving transistor arranged on the base substrate, a first electrode electrically connected to the driving transistor, an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first electrode to generate a light, a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer, an opposite substrate facing the base substrate and including micro-lenses to disperse the light generated by the organic light emitting layer, and a sub-electrode arranged on at least one of the micro-lenses, the sub-electrode making contact with the second electrode to be electrically connected to the second electrode.

Organic light emitting display with micro-lenses and method of manufacturing the same

A manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display (LCD) includes forming an upper panel and a lower panel, applying a sealant to either one of the panels, adding a liquid crystal material within a boundary of the sealant, coupling the upper panel and the lower panel, and forming a sensor in an upper part of the upper panel. The LCD includes a lower panel; an upper panel that is coupled to the lower panel by the sealant; a lower resistance film that is formed in a predetermined region of an upper part of the upper panel; a lower contact electrode that is formed in a surrounding part of the lower resistance film; an upper resistance film that is disposed apart from and opposite to the lower resistance film by a spacer; an upper contact electrode that is formed on a lower surface of the upper resistance film that is opposite to the lower resistance film and that is formed in a surrounding part of the upper resistance film; an upper polarizer that is positioned on the upper resistance film; and a lower polarizer that is attached to a lower part of the lower panel.

Manufacturing method of liquid display device having touch screen function

A display device having a transmissive area and a reflective area includes a first substrate, a reflective electrode formed on the first substrate, wherein the reflective electrode is disposed in the reflective area, a second substrate facing the first substrate, a plurality of color filters formed on the second substrate, wherein the plurality of color filters have light holes in the reflective area, and a common electrode formed on the second substrate, wherein an area of the tight holes is more than about 20% of an area of the color filter in the reflective area.

Transflective liquid crystal display and panel therefor

A displaying apparatus includes a first substrate having a first orientation film, a second substrate having a second orientation film corresponding to the first orientation film, oppositely facing the first substrate, and a sealant having at least a part overlapped with circumferential regions of the orientation films, the sealant adhering the first substrate to the second substrate, wherein, in one exemplary embodiment, the circumferential regions of the orientation films overlapped with the sealant are formed with protrusions along planar directions of the substrates, thus providing a displaying apparatus having an excellent adherence between substrates and preventing a display region from being narrowed.

Liquid crystal display panel and display apparatus having the same

Transistors of a semiconductor device are fabricated by forming a plurality of gate electrodes on a semiconductor substrate. The gate electrodes are used as an ion implantation mask. A first impurity is ion implanted below the exposed surface of the semiconductor substrate to form first impurity regions. A second impurity is ion implanted in two directions by tilting the implantation to a predetermined angle to thereby form second impurity regions separated from the first impurity regions. The second impurity regions are formed below the channel region under the gate electrodes. The second impurity regions may overlap to provide a higher impurity concentration below a portion of the channel.

Methods of manufacturing transistors and transistors having an anti-punchthrough region

A method for stabilizing an interlevel dielectric layer formed by a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, using electron beams. A CVD oxide layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate. The CVD oxide layer is radiated with electron beams at a temperature of between approximately room temperature and approximately 500.degree. C. for a predetermined time, using an electron beam radiator, to densify the layer.
