An optical imaging system is provided comprising a first lens group having a positive refractive power; a second lens group having a negative refractive power; a third lens group having a positive or negative power; and a fourth lens group having a positive or negative power.

Optical imaging system

A projector includes a light source that emits a light beam, an illumination lens unit, a display device, a projection lens unit, a field lens, and a reflection member. The illumination lens unit shapes and focuses the light beam into an illumination light beam. The display device modulates the illumination light beam and forms an image. The projection lens unit projects the image on a screen. The field lens has a positive refractive power for focusing the illumination light beam on the display device, a first lens surface on which the illumination light beam is incident, and a second lens surface on which the image formed by the display device is incident. The reflection member changes an illumination light beam path into a direction of the field lens. The first lens surface reflects a portion of the illumination light beam into a path that avoids the projection lens unit.

Projector with reduced ghost image occurrence

A pattern wheel driver is provided. The pattern wheel driver includes a rotatable pattern wheel with patterned regions repeatedly formed on the pattern wheel. Each of the patterned regions has a plurality of patterns. Each of the plurality of patterns has a different width. The pattern wheel driver also includes a detector for detecting the plurality of patterns, mounted at a position where the patterned regions of the pattern wheel pass when the pattern wheel rotates. The pattern wheel driver also includes an encoder for producing a signal indicating whether the pattern wheel rotates in a forward direction or a reverse direction based on signals produced by the detector.

A miniaturized auto focus control apparatus for camera module includes: a sensor assembly having an image sensor mounted to a printed circuit board and an infrared filter provided on an upper portion of the image sensor; a lens housing to which a plurality of permanent magnets mounted to an upper portion of the sensor assembly are mounted; a coil mounted into the lens housing; a lens barrel to which a plurality of focus control lenses are mounted in the direction of an optical axis; a lens guide portion integrally provided in the lens housing and engaged on the outer side of the lens barrel to guide the lens barrel so that the lens barrel is moved linearly upward and downward in the direction of the optical axis according to electric fields of the coil and the permanent magnets.
