A bias circuit includes a bias current circuit and a temperature compensation circuit. The bias current circuit includes a first resistor and a first transistor, in a first current path connected between a current terminal of a reference current and a ground, and connected to each other in series, and a second transistor in a second current path connected between the current terminal and the ground, and having a base connected to a collector of the first transistor. The temperature compensation circuit includes a second resistor in the second current path, and connected between an emitter of the second transistor and a base of the first transistor and having a first thermal coefficient, and a third resistor included in the second current path, and connected between the base of the first transistor and the ground and having a second thermal coefficient, different from the first thermal coefficient.

Bias circuit and amplifying device having temperature compensation function

There is provided a dual communications network base station apparatus including: a first UTRA network transmitting and receiving first data including pairs information via a previously set first communications band; a second UTRA network transmitting and receiving second data including the pairs information via a second communications band different from the first communications band; a core network combining the first data and the second data by using the pairs information during wireless reception, dividing the first data and the second data including the pairs information according to a previously set division rate during wireless transmission, and providing the corresponding UTRA network with the divided first data and second data; and a server communicating data including the first and second data with the core network.

Dual mode communications device and method of improving data rate thereof

An RF power amplifier includes an RF choke coil, a power amplification circuit unit, and an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection unit. The RF choke coil is connected to a voltage terminal through which an operating voltage is applied. The RF choke coil supplies the operating voltage and interrupts an RF signal. The power amplification circuit unit is supplied with the operating voltage through the RF choke coil. The power amplification circuit unit amplifies an input signal inputted through an input terminal and outputs the amplified input signal through an output terminal. The ESD protection unit is connected between a first connection node and a ground. The ESD protection unit bypasses an ESD voltage from the first connection node to the ground, the first connection node being a node between the voltage terminal and the RF choke coil.

RF power amplifier

A vibration actuator excites a mass member by interaction between an electric field of a vibration coil provided in an inner space of a case and a magnetic field of a magnetic field unit disposed corresponding to the vibration coil. The vibration actuator has an elastic wire having a wire body fixed to the outer surface of the mass member and elastic ends fixed to the inner surface of the case. The elastic wire is connected between the case and the mass member for elastically supporting mass member.
