The present disclosure provides an electronic device, including a flexible display, a frame part configured to support the flexible display and comprise a first frame and a second frame disposed so as to be slidable with respect to the first frame, a driving part configured to change a shape of the flexible display based on a relative position between the first frame and the second frame, and a controller, wherein the controller performs a designated operation in response to reception of an input signal. A terminal can include a touch screen, and a control unit to control at least one touch-available icon to appear on the touch screen in a first direction of a first touch-drag on the touch screen, in response to a touch input to one of the at least one touch-available icon, execute a specific function such that an execution image related to the executed specific function is displayed on the touch screen. Further, the control unit of the terminal can receive a message while the specific function is being executed, receive a second touch-drag in a second direction on the touch screen, and control a message window for the received message to appear on the touch screen.

An embodiment of the present invention includes a touch screen and a control unit configured to control at least one touch-available icon to move between outer and inner areas of an image displayed on the touch screen in a direction of a touch-drag on the touch screen.
