The present invention relates to a photoresist stripper composition for manufacturing a display, and more particularly, to an integrated photoresist stripper composition which can be used in every process for manufacturing a display. More specifically, the photoresist stripper composition for manufacturing a display according to the present invention can be applied to all of transition metals and oxide semiconductor wirings, and has an excellent ability to remove modified photoresist after a hard bake process, and implant process, and a dry etch process have been performed. In particular, the photoresist stripper composition for manufacturing a display according to the present invention exhibits a corrosion inhibitory effect that has been further specialized for copper (Cu) wiring pattern edge portions which are susceptible to corrosion following dry-etching.

Yarn energy harvesters containing conducing nanomaterials (such as carbon nanotube (CNT) yarn harvesters) that electrochemically convert tensile or torsional mechanical energy into electrical energy. Stretched coiled yarns can generate 250 W/kg of peak electrical power when cycled up to 24 Hz, and can generate up to 41.2 J/kg of electrical energy per mechanical cycle. Unlike for other harvesters, torsional rotation produces both tensile and torsional energy harvesting and no bias voltage is required, even when electrochemically operating in salt water. Since homochiral and heterochiral coiled harvester yarns provide oppositely directed potential changes when stretched, both contribute to output power in a dual-electrode yarn. These energy harvesters were used in the ocean to harvest wave energy, combined with thermally-driven artificial muscles to convert temperature fluctuations to electrical energy, sewn into textiles for use as self-powered respiration sensors, and used to power a light emitting diode and to charge a storage capacitor.

The present disclosure relates to a fibrous electrode and a supercapacitor including the same. In the fibrous electrode, a carbon nanotube sheet is spirally wound on a surface of an elastic fiber. Thus, the fibrous electrode may maintain a fiber shape, and an electrical connection structure in the carbon nanotube sheet may not be damaged by deformation of the elastic fiber. That is, the fibrous electrode may be reversibly changed to maintain excellent electrical conductivity. In addition, the fibrous electrode has a fiber shape having a diameter of hundreds of micrometers, and thus the fibrous electrode may be light and may have excellent durability and excellent life span characteristics.

The present invention relates to a glucose-reactive artificial muscle, and more particularly, to a carbon nanotube, a hydrogel-based glucose-reactive artificial muscle which has a reversible volume change due to variations in glucose concentration, a method of forming the same, a rotary artificial muscle using the same, and a method of detecting glucose. The glucose-reactive artificial muscle according to the present invention may sense variations in glucose concentration with high sensitivity within a short time by providing reversible twisting using the swelling and shrinkage of hydrogels, which occur due to a change in internal anionic charges, caused by the bonding between a boronic acid introduced to the hydrogels and glucose.

A fibrous electrode includes a carbon nanotube sheet which is coated on an elastic fiber and has a buckle structure. Thus, the fibrous electrode may maintain a fiber shape, may be light and small and may maintain excellent conductivity even when variously deformed. In addition, the fibrous electrode has high elasticity and thus is capable of being variously deformed (e.g., bent or stretched) and of being realized in the form of textile. As a result, the fibrous electrode may be effectively applied to flexible electronic devices such as implantable medical devices, microelectronic devices, Google glasses, smart watches, wearable computers, and smart clothing. Furthermore, a supercapacitor using the fibrous electrode includes flexible materials and thus is not easily damaged by external force such as tension or pressure. As a result, the supercapacitor may be applied to various fields because of its excellent flexibility.

The present invention relates to a graphene conjugate fiber and a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to a conjugate fiber including graphene and a polymer, wherein a wrinkled structure of the graphene is maintained in a fiber state. The graphene conjugate fiber manufactured thereby has superior mechanical properties, is flexible, and has high utility by being manufactured as a fiber.

The present invention relates to a carbon nanotube/manganese dioxide yarn electrode comprising: a yarn type carbon nanotube yarn which is prepared by twisting a carbon nanotube sheet and has a plurality of pores therein; and manganese dioxide deposited on a surface or in inner pores of the carbon nanotube yarn, and to a yarn type super capacitor comprising the same. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a graphene fiber and a graphene fiber manufactured thereby, comprising the following steps: a) preparing a dispersion liquid by dispersing graphene with a surfactant in a solvent; b) preparing a composite fiber by mixing the dispersion liquid with a polymer solution, wet spinning and drying same; and c) removing polymers by heat-treating or treating the composite fiber with strong acid. Disclosed is a free-standing hybrid nanomembrane capable of energy storage. The free-standing hybrid nanomembrane includes carbon nanotube sheets and a conducting polymer coated on the carbon nanotube sheets. The carbon nanotube sheets are densified sheets formed by evaporating an alcohol from carbon nanotube aerogel sheets. The conducting polymer is coated on the carbon nanotube sheets by vapor phase polymerization. Further disclosed is a method for fabricating the free-standing hybrid nanomembrane.

The present invention relates to a yarn-type micro-supercapacitor fabricated by twisting a hybrid nanomembrane coated with a conducting polymer on a carbon nanotube sheet. Thus, the yarn-type micro-supercapacitor has superior performance.
