A wireless device is disclosed. The wireless device includes an antenna configured to transmit and receive data over a first frequency band having a first transmit frequency band and a first receive frequency band and a second frequency band having a second transmit frequency band and a second receive frequency band, a plurality of band filters including a first band filter, wherein the first band filter corresponds to the first transmit frequency band and the second receive frequency band, wherein at least a portion of the first transmit frequency band overlaps the second receive frequency band, and a switch including a first switch configured to bifurcate a signal path of the first band filter into a signal path of the first transmit frequency band and a signal path of the second receive frequency band.

Wireless device

A power supply device includes a power circuit, feedback circuit, compensation circuit, and PWM controller. The power circuit generates an output voltage based on a PWM signal. The feedback circuit outputs a feedback voltage. The compensation circuit compares a reference voltage with the feedback voltage and outputs a compensation signal based on a comparison result. The PWM controller adjusts the duty ratio of the PWM signal based on the compensation signal. The compensation circuit includes a comparator to compare the feedback voltage with the reference voltage, a first voltage adjuster to adjust a voltage level of a compensation voltage based on the comparison result, and a compensator output the compensation signal based on the voltage level of the compensation voltage. The compensation signal has a width in a high section that varies. The booster boosts the response speed of the compensator in a predetermined section based on a control signal.

A display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels for receiving a plurality of gate signals, and a plurality of data voltages, a level shifter for receiving a gate driving voltage and a plurality of gate control clocks to generate a plurality of reference clocks, and for generating a plurality of control clocks by delaying the reference clocks by a predetermined time, a gate driver for outputting the gate signals in response to the control clocks, a short circuit protector for sensing a current of each control clock at each falling edge of each gate control clock to detect a static current of the each control clock, and for outputting a shut-down signal based on a count of the static current detection, and a voltage generator for providing the gate driving voltage to the level shifter, and shutting down in response to the shut-down signal.

Display apparatus and driving method thereof

A backlight unit includes a light source part, a DC/DC converter, and a light source driving circuit. The DC/DC converter receives an input voltage and provides a driving voltage to the light source part. The light source driving circuit receives an analog voltage, generates a clamping voltage on the basis of the analog voltage, and generates a main driving signal applied to the DC/DC converter on the basis of the analog voltage and the clamping voltage. The light source driving circuit decreases a duty ratio of the main driving signal when the analog voltage is equal to or lower than a reference voltage.
