In a method of manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional (3D) percolated conductive nano-network structure, a 3D nano-structured porous elastomer including patterns distributed in a periodic network is formed. A surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is changed to a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally adhered on the surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is wet by infiltrating a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A 3D percolated conductive nano-network coupled with the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is formed by evaporating a solvent of the conductive solution and removing the polymeric material.

In a method of manufacturing a biomimetic highly stretchable conductive dry adhesive patch, a mold including a plurality of holes is provided by etching a semiconductor substrate including an insulation layer based on a footing effect. A conductive polymer composite is provided by dispersing mixed conductive fillers in a liquid elastomer. The mixed conductive fillers are formed by mixing one-dimensional conductive fillers and two-dimensional conductive fillers. The conductive polymer composite is applied on the mold such that the conductive polymer composite is injected into the plurality of holes. A conductive dry adhesive structure including a plurality of micropillars corresponding to the plurality of holes is obtained by performing a post-treatment on the conductive polymer composite applied on the mold and by removing the mold. Each of the plurality of micropillars includes a body portion and a tip portion. The tip portion has a spatula shape, is formed on the body portion, and has an area larger than that of the body portion in a plan view.

A method of manufacturing a porous metal foam having pores of nano size includes: manufacturing a porous polymer foam containing pores of nano size; and coating metal on the porous polymer foam through electroless plating. The present invention provides porous metal foams which contains nano-sized pores and hence, their specific surface area is maximized owing to the regularly-patterned nanoporous structure formed inside.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet to mass-produce a high-quality hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet at a low temperature in a safe process. Method of forming high-quality hexagonal boron nitride nanosheet using multi component eutectic point system

The present invention relates a method for producing a graphite intercalation compound (GIC) and to the production of graphene using the same. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) obtaining alkaline metals or alkaline metal ions, or alkaline earth metals or alkaline metal ions, from alkaline metal salts or alkaline earth metal salts; (b) forming a graphite intercalation compound using the alkaline metals or alkaline metal ions, or the alkaline earth metals or alkaline earth metal ions; and (c) dispersing the graphite intercalation compound so as to obtain graphene. As the method of the present invention uses salts which are inexpensive and safe, graphite intercalation compounds can be easily produced at a low cost, and the graphene can be obtained from the thus-produced compounds, thereby reducing the costs of producing the graphene and enabling the easy mass production of the graphene.
