A battery pack is disclosed. In some embodiments of the disclosed technology, a battery pack including: one or more battery modules, each battery module including: one or more battery cells; and a module case accommodating the one or more battery cells therein and a base panel forming a lower surface of the module case; and an accommodating panel forming a bottom surface of a module accommodating space for accommodating the one or more battery modules, wherein the accommodating panel includes: a first bottom surface positioned to face each of the base panels; and a second bottom surface including a heat resistance portion which is connected to at least a part of the first bottom surface and configured to reduce conduction of heat generated from any one of the battery modules to another adjacent battery module through the first bottom surface.

Battery pack

The present invention provides a battery module including: a pair of battery groups in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a first heat exchanger disposed between the pair of battery groups to perform heat exchange with first stacked surfaces of the pair of battery groups; and a pair of second heat exchangers disposed outside the pair of battery groups to perform heat exchange with second stacked surfaces which are sides opposite to the first stacked surfaces.

Battery module

A battery module includes a plurality of secondary battery cells, a housing member accommodating a plurality of the secondary battery cells therein, and an insulating member disposed on an inner surface of the housing member, preventing flow of electrical current to the housing member, having a heat transfer function to discharge heat of the secondary battery cell externally, and formed to have a predetermined thickness.

A battery module includes at least one battery cell; a first plate disposed on one side of the at least one battery cell to dissipate heat generated by the at least one battery cell externally; and a second plate disposed on the other side of the at least one battery cell to dissipate heat generated by the at least one battery cell externally, wherein an electrode lead of the at least one battery cell is disposed between the first plate and the second plate, and is disposed to be biased toward the first plate.

A cell unit includes a plurality of battery cells disposed on both surfaces of a unit plate. A case accommodates the cell unit and provided with a cooling device on at least one surface of the case. The unit plate includes a plurality of receiving spaces formed by a plate portion, having a flat surface, and a side portion protruding upwardly and downwardly of the plate portion from both sides of the plate portion. The plurality of battery cells are received in each of the receiving spaces.

Cell unit for battery module

A secondary battery may include a cell body member accommodating an electrode assembly therein; and a heat conductive member disposed between the cell body member and a cooling plate member to form a heat path for transferring heat from the cell body member, wherein the heat conductive member is in contact with the cooling plate member, and wherein a contact area of the cooling plate member and the heat conductive member is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the cell body member parallel to a thickness direction of the electrode assembly.

Secondary battery and battery module having thereof

A battery module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a plurality of secondary battery cells; and a housing member including a cooling plate member, and a heat conductive member provided between the secondary battery cells and the cooling plate member to form a heat path for transferring heat from the secondary battery cells to the cooling plate member, the housing member having the plurality of secondary battery cells accommodated therein, wherein the heat conductive member is comprised such that a portion of the heat conductive member in contact with a secondary battery cell that is supercooled has a lower thermal conductivity than a remaining portion of the heat conductive member.

A bus bar includes terminal portions disposed at both ends, respectively; a plurality of bridges disposed between the terminal portions to electrically connect the terminal portions, and to be sequentially fused when an overcurrent flows. The plurality of bridges may be configured to have different resistance values, respectively.

Bus bar and battery pack including the same

A battery system according to the present invention includes: a plurality of battery cells electrically connected to each other; cell voltage sensing lines connected to ends of the battery cells, respectively; a battery management system sensing voltages of the battery cells through the respective cell voltage sensing lines; fuses connected to the cell voltage sensing lines, respectively, to cut off a flow of an excessive current exceeding a rated current when the excessive current flows through the cell voltage sensing lines; and emergency preventing switches connected to the cell voltage sensing lines, respectively, so as to be turned on at the time of sensing the voltage of the battery cell, and turned off in a case when a short circuit between the cell voltage sensing lines occurs.

Battery system

A battery module includes a cell unit, including a plurality of battery cells disposed on both surfaces of a unit plate, and a case accommodating the cell unit and provided with a cooling device on at least one surface of the case. The unit plate includes a plurality of receiving spaces formed by a plate portion, having a flat surface, and a side portion protruding upwardly and downwardly of the plate portion from both sides of the plate portion. The plurality of battery cells are received in each of the receiving spaces.

A battery module including: a battery stack of battery cells having opposite ends to which a plurality of electrode tabs are connected; end-side bus bar assemblies formed at opposite ends of the battery stack, respectively, and electrically connecting the electrode tabs of the battery cells; and a case accommodating the battery stack and the end-side bus bar assemblies.

A secondary battery may include a cell body member accommodating an electrode assembly therein, including three sealing sides and provided adjacently to a cooling plate member; and wherein the cell body member, in contact with a heat conductive member on a lower surface thereof comprises a surface area-increasing groove formed to be concave in the lower surface thereof and the lower surface is a region in which a sealing portion is not formed, wherein the heat conductive member provided in at least a portion between the cell body member and the cooling plate member to form a heat path for transferring heat from the cell body member to the cooling plate member, wherein the surface area-increasing groove includes a curved-region in a cross section in a thickness direction of the cell body member, wherein the curved-region is in contact with the heat conductive member.
