A Zn—Mg alloy plated steel material having excellent adhesion to plating and corrosion resistance comprises base steel and a plating layer formed on the surface of the base steel, wherein the plating layer comprises a Zn single phase, a Mg single phase, an MgZnalloy phase, and an MgZnalloy phase, the Zn single phase is contained in the plating layer at a proportion of 15 to 19 volumes, and the proportion of the Zn single phase in a lower t/area of the plating layer adjacent to the base steel may be greater than the proportion of the Zn single phase in an upper t/area of the plating layer on the surface layer side of the plating layer. (Here, t means the thickness (μm) of the plating layer).

Provided are a heating apparatus configured to generate a coating vapor for coating a base metal (steel sheet) which is continuously transferred in a vacuum state, and a coating device including the heating apparatus. A coating material to be converted into a coating vapor is initially supplied in a solid phase (solid state) and then phase changed into a liquid (liquid state). Thereafter, the liquid-state coating material is supplied to a heating unit, thereby preventing problems such as equipment erosion occurring when a liquid coating material is directly supplied and preventing the decrease of the temperature of a coating material when a solid wire is supplied as a coating material. As a result, the energy efficiency of the heating apparatus may be maximized.

The phosphate film contains a molybdenum compound, Ca and a phosphate. A pitting phenomenon occurring at the time of treating a steel sheet with a phosphate is prevented, and excellent corrosion resistance is exhibited on a phosphate film.

Provided are a Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy plated steel sheet and a method for manufacturing same. The Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy plated steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet and a Zn&#x2014;Mg plating layer formed on the base steel sheet, wherein the content of Mg in the Zn&#x2014;Mg plating layer is 8 weight % or less (provided that 0 weight % is excluded), and the Zn&#x2014;Mg plating layer is a compound phase of Zn and Mg2Zn11. According to the present invention, provided are a Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy plated steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy plated steel sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, high adhesion, and superior surface quality of metallic luster.

Provided is a method for manufacturing a Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy-coated steel sheet having high blackening resistance and coating adhesion. In one implementation, the method may include forming a Zn&#x2014;Mg coating layer on a base steel sheet and performing a combustion chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) process to form an oxide film. The oxide film may include a metal oxide and the metal oxide may include silicon oxide (SiO2) and magnesium oxide (MgO). The base steel sheet may be maintained within a temperature range of 330&#xb0; C. to 450&#xb0; C. during the performing of the CCVD process.

Method for manufacturing Zn&#x2014;Mg alloy-coated steel sheet having high blackening resistance and coating adhesion

Provided is a film formation composition for improving the blackening of the surface of a steel sheet, particularly, the surface of a steel sheet containing Mg on the surface thereof, such as a Mg sheet, a plated steel sheet having a plated layer comprising Mg, and the like, a steel sheet comprising a film formed by the composition, and a method for forming the film. Provided are a film formation composition for preventing the blackening of the surface of the steel sheet, comprising: 2.5-7.5 parts by weight of a water-soluble phenoxy resin; 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a fluorometal acid; 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a metal compound; and 1-5 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent.
