An embodiment hybrid powertrain for a vehicle includes a first input shaft configured to be interlocked with an engine, a second input shaft configured to be interlocked with a first motor and to be parallel to the first input shaft, a third input shaft configured to be interlocked with a second motor and to be parallel to the second input shaft, an output shaft mounted parallel to the third input shaft, a first selective mesh device configured to transmit power from the second input shaft to the output shaft at multiple different gear ratios, a second selective mesh device configured to transmit the power from the third input shaft to the output shaft at the multiple different gear ratios, and a third selective mesh device configured to transmit the power from the first input shaft to the second input shaft or the third input shaft.

Hybrid powertrain for vehicle

When a towing vehicle is driven while towing a towed vehicle having driving force, a controller of the towed vehicle determines wheel slip of the towing vehicle based on driving information of the towing vehicle and determines wheel slip of the towed vehicle based on driving information of the towed vehicle, and upon determining that wheel slip of the towing vehicle or the towed vehicle has occurred or upon determining that wheel slip of each of the towing vehicle and the towed vehicle has occurred, control to increase or decrease driving force of the towed vehicle or control to change the driving force distribution ratio between left and right wheels of the towed vehicle is performed, whereby it is possible to improve driving stability and rough road escape performance of the towing vehicle and the towed vehicle.

A drive torque received from a power source is split and output to first and second output shafts through a torque vectoring apparatus including a torque vectoring device that controls a torque ratio of split torques, where the torque vectoring device includes a control motor, a first compound planetary gear set including first and second planetary gear sets having a first rotation element fixed to a housing, a shared second rotation element connected to the first output shaft, and a third rotation element, and a second compound planetary gear set including third and fourth planetary gear sets having a shared fourth rotation element connected to the second output shaft, a fifth rotation element connected to a third rotation element, and a sixth rotation element connected to the control motor.

A lubrication system of a transmission includes a plurality of oil passages formed in an upper portion of a transmission case and supplied with churning oil, a plurality of oil outlets branched from respective oil passages formed in the transmission case and allowing oil supplied from the oil passages to free-fall, and an oil collecting portion formed at an interior of the case wall between the gear case and the motor case. In particular, the oil collecting portion collects oil free-falling from at least one oil outlet branched from at least one oil passage at the gear case, through a through-hole formed at a case wall of the gear case, and then supplies the collected oil to an exterior lubrication portion.

An electronic brake system includes an electromagnet housing in which an inner disk install end is integrally formed around the inside surface. An electromagnet is disposed inside of the electromagnet housing. A motor plate is installed at a motor/generator, and in which an outer disk install end disposed outside of the inner disk install end in a radial direction is integrally formed around one side surface. A disk unit is provided in which a plurality of the inner disks and the outer disks are overlapped between the inner disk install end and the outer disk install end to be combined each other through friction by virtual pressure. A piston is disposed according to the inside surface of the electromagnet housing, connected with a plunger being introduced along the support end of the rear cover, and operated by electromagnetic force of the electromagnet to supply virtual pressure to the disk unit.

Additionally, a rectifying unit includes an output capacitor, first to fourth diodes electrically connected to a secondary coil of the transformer, and a resonance tank having a resonance capacitor and a resonance inductor which are electrically connected to the secondary coil of the transformer. The plurality of switches connected to the primary side of the transformer perform the zero-voltage switching using the magnetized inductance of the primary side to minimize the switching loss.
