The present invention relates to a cooling module for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a cooling module for a vehicle including a condenser, a first radiator through which coolant for an engine flow, a second radiator through which coolant for electrical components flows, and an intercooler, and capable of evenly distributing air resistance of the front surface of the first radiator to secure an overall balance of an air volume distribution by disposing the condenser, the second radiator, and the first radiator in a flow direction of air or disposing the second radiator, the condenser, and the first radiator in this order, and disposing the intercooler on lower sides of the condenser and the second radiator, and capable of minimizing a gap of each heat exchange period by disposing the condenser C and the first radiator R to be in closely contact with the second radiator L.

Heat exchanger with an improved core support structure

A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle includes a seal and a core. The core includes a first groove formed in a first side and a second groove formed in an opposing second side. The first groove and the second groove are each configured to receive a portion of the seal to secure the seal to the core. The seal includes a cross member and a pair of uprights extending from opposing ends of the cross member, wherein the cross member and the uprights each include a sealing element. The uprights further include a rail extending from the upright and configured to be received in the groove of the core. The core further includes an integrated shear panel formed at opposing ends thereof.

Provided is a heat exchanger including a core portion configured to include an inlet header tank and an outlet header tank having a space, in which cooling water is stored and flows, formed therein and formed in a height direction, a plurality of tubes having both ends connected to the header tanks to form a cooling water channel, and fins interposed between the tubes, in which a core portion of the heater exchanger is formed to block only a part of a bypass area of a part where inlet/outlet header tanks are positioned to reduce a pressure loss of air which is a cooled fluid while minimizing a reduction in heat radiation performance of the heat exchanger and structural rigidity of the core portion is increased by a reinforcing structure formed at an outer side of the core portion to improve durability.

Provided is a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a core portion configured to have a cooling water channel provided therein; a housing configured to have a concave shape to have the core portion inserted thereinto so that the core portion is housed therein and have one side provided with an air inlet into which air is introduced and the other side provided with an air outlet through which the air is discharged; and a sealing member configured to be interposed between an outer side of the core portion and an inner side of the housing to seal between the core portion and the housing, thereby preventing air from being bypassed between the core portion and the housing to improve heat exchange efficiency and heat exchange performance.
