Provided are a device for a digital assay of targets according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure and a method using the same. The digital assay method of targets according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes acquiring an image for a plurality of microdroplets, predicting at least one region based on the image for the plurality of microdroplets using an artificial neural network-based prediction model configured to segment at least one region among positive microdroplets, negative microdroplets, and atypical microdroplets, with the image for the plurality of microdroplets as an input, determining a number for the plurality of microdroplets based on the at least one region, and providing quantitative data of targets based on the number for the plurality of microdroplets.

A modular fluidic chip includes a body configured to have at least one flow channel formed in an inside thereof and be connected to another modular fluidic chip to allow the at least one flow channel to communicate with a flow channel provided in the other modular fluidic chip. The present invention relates to a method for expressing a target protein on an exosporium forming the outermost surface of bacterial spores. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for expressing a target protein on the surface of cells and spores using an exosporium as a matrix for surface expression, and methods for the production of a protein array, the production of antibodies, the separation of a certain substance from a mixture, bioconversion, and the improvement of a target protein, which are characterized by using the cells or spores having the target protein that was expressed on the surface by the above expression method. The method for expressing the target protein on the surface of the spore outer membrane of the gene carriers according to the present invention has effects in that a variety of the target proteins can be expressed and the level of surface expression of the target protein is increased compared to the existing technology, and also the structural stability of the gene carriers having the target protein expressed on their surface, the viability of the host, and the rapidity of the screening method, are greatly increased.

Conductive carbon nanotubes (CNTs) obtained by dotting carboxylated CNTs with metal nanocrystals by chemical functional groups, are described, as well as a method for fabricating a pattern or film of the conductive CNTs which involves repeatedly depositing conductive CNTs on a substrate to achieve high surface density. A biosensor is described, in which bioreceptors that bind to target biomolecules are selectively attached to conductive CNTs or a conductive CNT pattern or film. By use of the conductive biosensor, various target biomaterials that bind or react with the bioreceptors can be precisely measured directly or by electrochemical signals at large amounts in one step. Additionally, the biosensor can be used for an electrical detection method capable of providing precise measurement results even with a small amount of source material.
