A display device include a first surface, a sensing capacitor having a sensing input electrode and a sensing output electrode, wherein the sensing capacitor stores a first amount of charges and the sensing capacitor stored a second amount of charges when an external object contacts on the first surface, a sensing input signal line electrically connected with the sensing input electrode and receiving a sensing input signal to charge the sensing capacitor to the first amount of charges, a sensing output signal line electrically connected with the sensing output electrode, and a sensing signal processor connected with the sensing output signal line, wherein the sensing signal processor determines whether an external objects contact on the first surface based on a voltage difference between the first amount of charges and the second amount of charges stored in the sensing capacitor.

Display device including touch sensor

A display substrate includes a circuit mounted part that has a driving IC mounted thereon. The circuit mounted part includes an input pad part connected to an input terminal of the driving IC and an output pad part connected to an output terminal of the driving IC. A flexible pad part connected to a terminal of a FPCB includes a driving pad part to receive a drive signal of the driving IC. A driving line part is connected to the driving pad part to be extended along a length direction of the circuit mounted part within the circuit mounted part. Connection lines are extended from the driving line part disposed within the circuit mounted part toward the output pad part. The connection lines are partially removed in a trimming area defined between the driving line and the output pad part.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel includes an array substrate, an opposite substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The array substrate includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, a pixel electrode, a plurality of sensing lines and a touch sensing circuit. The gate lines cross the data lines. The number of the gate lines is double the number of data lines. The pixel electrode is connected to the data line and the gate line to define a pixel area. The sensing lines are formed substantially parallel to the data lines. The touch sensing circuit is electrically connected to adjacent gate lines in a forming direction of the data line and the sensing line, a sensing line for touch position detection being formed in one line direction. such that an aperture ratio of an LCD panel is increased.

A gate-on voltage/LED driving voltage generator includes an inductor boosting an input voltage through a PWM voltage and the input voltage, a diode and capacitor rectifying the boosted voltage, a first output terminal outputting the rectified voltage to supply an LED driving voltage to an LED, and a second output terminal supplying the rectified voltage to a gate driving circuit. Further, an aging test apparatus of an LCD device, which includes a high LED driving voltage generator in an HVS power board, and an HVI power board, may selectively perform an aging test according to a backlight unit of the LCD. Further, a DC-DC converter having the gate-on voltage/LED driving voltage generator, and the LCD including the DC-DC converter are provided.
