Disclosed are a display module, a display device and a viewing-angle switching method. The display module includes a backlight module, a display panel, a lower polarizer sheet, a viewing-angle switching element and a transparent cover plate; the viewing-angle switching element and the transparent cover plate are arranged between the display panel and the lower polarizer sheet, and the transparent cover plate is arranged on a side of the viewing-angle switching element that is close to the lower polarizer sheet; the backlight module is configured to supply light that meets a preset condition, the viewing-angle switching element is configured to switch viewing-angle modes of the display module; the viewing-angle modes include; a first viewing-angle mode and a second viewing-angle mode; and a viewing-angle range of the first viewing-angle mode is smaller than a viewing angle range of the second viewing-angle mode.

Display module, display device and viewing-angle switching method

The present application discloses a circuit for providing a temperature-dependent common electrode voltage. The circuit includes a sensing sub-circuit coupled between a power-supply terminal and a ground terminal and configured to generate a first voltage for controlling a switching sub-circuit to connect the power-supply terminal to a first node. The circuit further includes a compensation sub-circuit coupled between the first node and the ground terminal and be enabled, when the first voltage decreases below a threshold as temperature increases above a threshold temperature, to output a temperature-dependent second voltage proportional to the temperature to a second node. Additionally, the circuit includes an output sub-circuit coupled to the second node combined with a first input-voltage terminal and further coupled to a second input-voltage terminal, to generate a temperature-dependent output voltage based on a weighted mixing of the temperature-dependent second voltage, a first input voltage, and a second input voltage.

A backlight module includes: light sources; a light guide plate disposed at a side of the light sources, the light guide plate including a second light guide portion disposed adjacent to the light sources and a first light guide portion disposed on a side of the second light portion away from the light sources, a thickness of the second light guide portion being greater than a thickness of the first light guide portion; and a back plate including a first back plate portion disposed at a side of the light sources away from the light guide plate and a second back plate portion disposed at a side of the light guide plate which is opposite to a light exit side of the light guide plate.

Disclosed are a light guide plate and a display device. The light guide plate includes a flat plate portion and a fixed portion, the fixed portion is arranged around a periphery of the flat plate portion, forms an installation groove for placing optical films in cooperation with the flat plate portion, a surface for forming a bottom of the installation groove in the flat plate portion forms a light emergence surface of the light guide plate; gap structures corresponding to light source particles of a light bar are formed at a first side of the fixed portion, and bottoms of the gap structures form a light incidence surface of the light guide plate which is perpendicular to the light emergence surface; and a surface of the flat plate portion back on to the installation groove forms an installation surface for installing a reflection sheet and the light bar.

The light source assembly includes: at least one semiconductor laser, at least one beam expander, and a package; the at least one semiconductor laser and the at least one beam expander are in one-to-one correspondence and are all encapsulated in the package; each of the at least one beam expander is disposed on a side of a light emitting surface of a corresponding one of the at least one semiconductor laser; light emitted by each of the at least one semiconductor laser is expanded by a corresponding one of the at least one beam expander and then emitted from the package.
