A recognition interface recognizes a reverse flow state in which power flows from a customer's site to a power system or a forward flow state in which power flows from the power system to the customer's site. When the recognition interface recognizes a reverse flow state, a controller causes at least one of a first power storage system through a third power storage system to be charged, based on a priority level related to charge defined for the first power storage system through the third power storage system. When the recognition interface recognizes a forward flow state, the controller causes at least one of the first power storage system through the third power storage systemto be discharged, based on a priority level related to discharge defined for the first power storage systemthrough the third power storage system.

A content distribution system distributes a content key and content use conditions for controlling a content use in a client apparatus to the client apparatus, via a communication channel, from either a multicast distribution server or a unicast distribution server. A content distribution management server determines by which distribution method to send the content key and content use conditions of each content according to an attribute of the content (a compression format, a compression ratio, a content holder, and the like). An encrypted content distribution server distributes only encrypted content whose content key and content use conditions are to be distributed by the unicast, and the multicast distribution server distributes encrypted content whose content key and content use conditions are superimposed by the multicast.

A transmission apparatus includes a license data input unit accepting an input of license data which permits reproduction of a storage content linked from a streaming content; a multiplexer generating multiplexed data by multiplexing the inputted license data on a broadcast content for a predetermined period of time; and an output unit transmitting the generated multiplexed data to a content reproduction apparatus via digital broadcast. The content reproduction apparatus includes a receiving unit receiving multiplexed data; a demultiplexer extracting license data and a broadcast content from the received multiplexed data; and a content reproduction unit reproducing the extracted broadcast content, and when obtaining a storage content whose reproduction is permitted based on the extracted license data, reproducing the obtained storage content based on the license data by switching the reproduction from the broadcast content to the storage content.
