A light-emitting diode apparatus and a control method of the light-emitting diode apparatus are provided. The control method includes: applying a pre-reset voltage to a control terminal of a driving transistor of the light-emitting diode apparatus in a pre-resetting stage to pre-reset the control terminal of the driving transistor; resetting the control terminal of the driving transistor of the light-emitting diode apparatus by using a reset voltage source in a first resetting stage; compensating the control terminal of the driving transistor to a compensation voltage in a compensation stage; and providing, by the driving transistor, a driving current in a light emission stage to drive a light-emitting diode of the light-emitting diode apparatus to emit light.

Light-emitting diode apparatus and control method thereof

A light-emitting diode device control method includes using a reset voltage source to reset a control terminal of a driving-transistor of the light-emitting diode device; compensating the control terminal of the driving-transistor to a compensation voltage level; resetting a first terminal of the driving transistor to a target voltage level so as to increase a voltage difference between the first terminal and a second terminal of the driving transistor; and the driving transistor providing a driving current for driving a light-emitting diode of the light-emitting diode device to emit light.

Light-emitting diode device control method

A pixel circuit includes a first switch unit, a second switch unit, a data line, a charge sharing line and a pixel-driving unit. The pixel-driving unit is electrically connected with the data line and a first terminal of the first switch unit. A second terminal of the first switch unit is electrically connected with the charge sharing line and a first terminal of the second switch unit. A second terminal of the second switch unit is electrically connected with the data line. In a charge sharing period, the voltage value of the data line is determined according to a first data voltage provided by the data line in an initial period and a control voltage provided by the charge sharing line during the initial period.

Charge sharing pixel circuit

A pixel circuit includes a driving unit, a light emitting unit having a second terminal receiving a second voltage, a compensation capacitor, and first, second and third switches. The first switch has a first terminal connected to the driving unit, and a control terminal for receiving a first control signal. The second switch has a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first switch, a second terminal for receiving an initialization signal, and a control terminal for receiving the first control signal. The compensation capacitor has a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first switch, and a second terminal coupled to the first terminal of the light emitting unit. The third switch has a first terminal connected to the driving unit, a second terminal coupled to the first terminal of the light emitting unit, and a control terminal for receiving a light emission control signal.

Pixel circuit and driving method thereof

A pixel control circuit includes an organic light emitting diode, a driving transistor, a driving circuit, a discharge circuit and a compensation circuit. The driving transistor is used to turn on or turn off the organic light emitting diode. The discharge circuit is used to control the electrical connection between the organic light emitting diode and an initial voltage to timely provide a discharge path for the organic light emitting diode. The compensation circuit is used to compensate a conducting current for the organic light emitting diode when the organic light emitting diode emits light so that the conducting current is independent of a threshold voltage of the driving transistor. The driving circuit is used to control the electrical connection between a predetermined voltage and the driving transistor to make the organic light emitting diode emit light.

Pixel control circuit

A shift register circuitry includes plurality stages of shift registers. An Nth stage shift register of the plurality stages of shift registers includes an input unit, an output unit, a control unit, a first pull-up unit, a second pull-up unit and a compensation circuit. The output unit is used to output an unmodified Nth stage scan signal. The input unit and the first pull-up unit are used to control the voltage level of a register control end. The control unit is used to receive a low reference voltage, a high reference voltage and the voltage level of the register control end, and control the voltage level of an output end of the control unit. The second pull-up unit is used to control the voltage level of an output end of the Nth stage shift register. The modification circuit is used to generate a modified Nth stage scan signal.
