Disclosed is a security monitoring method determining whether a trespasser is detected and a position of the trespasser in a set security space and monitoring sound generated at the position of the trespasser by using an acoustic image generated from acoustic signals generated by an acoustic generating device and an acoustic measuring device in an array type. An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a security monitoring system including: an acoustic generating device that generates acoustic signals; a plurality of acoustic measuring devices that receive the acoustic signals; and an acoustic image processing device that generates an acoustic image using a beamforming algorithm from the acoustic signals received in the plurality of acoustic measuring devices and determines a position of a trespasser by comparing the acoustic image after the trespasser is detected with the acoustic image before the trespasser is detected.

A method of modeling a room impulse response according to an embodiment of the invention includes receiving a sound pressure signal that is obtained by a microphone when an impulse-type sound source is excited and detecting a room impulse response; determining boundaries between a plurality of intervals of the room impulse response such that the room impulse response is divided into the plurality of intervals on a time domain; and modeling the room impulse response for each of the plurality of divided intervals using at least two different modeling schemes.

The invention relates to a sound field generator and a method of generating a sound field using the same. More particularly, the invention relates to a sound field generator and a method of generating the same, which can apply a filter in consideration of a masking effect in a time domain to a room impulse response, remove inaudible data depending on a frequency in a signal obtained by multiplying the room impulse response by an input signal in a frequency domain, and remove a signal block having a lower level than a level of a background noise block among output signal blocks to considerably reduce computational complexity required for performing a convolution, making it possible to generate an accurate sound field by minimizing sound quality distortion while implementing a real-time sound field generating system.
