This disclosure relates to method and system for automating keyboards for device testing. The method includes receiving a data signal corresponding to a test case for a Device Under Test (DUT) from a computing device based on an automation script. The automation script includes a configuration file corresponding to a keyboard circuit, and the controller is communicatively coupled to the keyboard circuit and the computing device. The method further includes generating a keyboard signal through the keyboard circuit based on the data signal. The method further includes inputting the keyboard signal to the DUT. Further, the method includes capturing a response of the DUT corresponding to the keyboard signal.

Method and system for automating keyboards for device testing

The disclosure relates to method and system for evaluating luminance in Augmented Reality (AR) applications. The method includes receiving a plurality of video frames corresponding to an AR object in a real-world environment at a current camera angle; for each of the plurality of video frames, subtracting the set of AR object pixels from the set of environment pixels in a frame; calculating mean luminance value corresponding to the set of AR object pixels in each of the at least one of the plurality of blocks in the frame and corresponding to each of the plurality of blocks of the grid in the real-world environment through a light sensor; comparing mean luminance value for each of the plurality of blocks of the grid with mean luminance value corresponding to the set of AR object pixels; and evaluating luminance of AR object at the current location in the AR application.

Method and system for evaluating luminance in augmented reality (AR) applications

The present disclosure relates to system(s) and method(s) for testing an electronic device. The system may receive a configuration file from a user device. Further, the system may operate the electronic device under test based on a target test case selected from the configuration. The system may further operate a video capturing device to capture a sequence of video frames of visual indicators corresponding to the electronic device under test. The system may further analyse the sequence of video frames to identify one or more target video frames indicating visual change in the visual indicators corresponding to the electronic device. The may further analyse the one or more target video frames to determine response time corresponding to each target video frame. Furthermore, the system may generate a test report based on the response time corresponding to the one or more target video frames.

System and method for testing an electronic device

Disclosed is a system for identifying at least one optimum pre-processing technique for text extraction. A data receiving module receives an input image and an expected text pertaining to the input image. Furthermore, a performance module performs a plurality of pre-processing techniques on the input image in order to extract textual information, present in the input image, by using at least one text extraction technique. Subsequently, a recording module records processing time spent on each pre-processing technique performed on the input image. Further, a comparison module compares the textual information with the expected text. Further to comparing the textual information with the expected text, the ranking module may rank each of the plurality of pre-processing techniques based on a result of comparison between the textual information and the expected text, thereby identifying at least one optimum pre-processing technique for text extraction.

Identifying optimum pre-process techniques for text extraction

Disclosed is a system for performing User Interface (UI) verification of a Device Under Test (DUT). Before performing the UI verification, a set of corner markers is positioned at corners of a display frame associated to the DUT. Once the set of corner markers are positioned, an image receiving module receives a DUT image, captured by an image capturing unit, of the UI pertaining to a DUT. A skew correction module for correcting orientation of the DUT image by determining an orientation correction factor. A file configuration module for storing the orientation correction factor in a pre-configuration file when the DUT image is occupying the content greater than the predefined threshold percentage. In one aspect, the orientation correction factor may be referred while testing a UI of the DUT.
