A multi-display device is configured to display an image, and the multi-display device includes display modules sequentially connected according to a prescribed connection configuration. Each of the display modules may include a signal input unit for acquiring an image signal and control information and a partial image selection unit for obtaining, from the control information, information about the connection configuration of the display modules, wherein each display module selects a partial image corresponding to the display module, from the image signal by referring to a first lookup table based on the information about the connection configuration.

Provided is a display device comprising a plurality of display modules and a base module. The base module includes a transmitter configured to transmit a plurality of image signals respectively corresponding to each of the plurality of display modules. A first display module is coupled to the base module to receive the image signals and to transmit at least a subset of the image signals to additional display modules, such as a second display module which is coupled to the first display module to receive the at least a subset of the plurality of image signals from the first display module. The plurality of display modules may be thereby coupled with each other to thus receive and further transmit the image signals to and from other display modules, thereby improving convenience in the manufacture, inspection, and repair of the display device.

Specifically, the electronic device according to the present disclosure receives a first image signal and a second image signal which are separated from an original image signal through a first channel and a second channel having different frequency bandwidths, and which have different data rates. When the first image signal and the second image signal are received, the electronic device determines whether an error exists in the second image signal, obtains a first output image signal and a second output image signal on the basis of the first image signal and the second image signal according to a result of the determination, and outputs the obtained first output image signal or second output image signal.

Some of the display modules sequentially connected receive a signal from the sensor, and each of the display modules transmits signals including the signal from the sensor to a display module connected to a rear stage thereof.
