A new and distinct variety of Polyantha rose plant is provided which abundantly forms attractive semi-double long lasting blossoms which are an attractive bright red coloration. The plant exhibits an upright growth habit and forms vigorous vegetation. Excellent aptitude to forcing in a greenhouse is exhibited and the plant is particularly well suited for spray-type cut flower production. Additionally, the plant exhibits disease resistance.

Rose plant -- Keinoumi variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which abundantly forms attractive double red blossoms. The blossoms are Cardinal Red and are widely suffused with Cherry Red. Such blossoms are long lasting when cut and placed in a vase. The plant exhibits an upright growth habit, vigorous vegetation, and is particularly well suited for cut flower production. When forced under greenhouse conditions, the new variety continuously produces long-stemmed flowers throughout the year. Also, the new variety is not particularly affected by cryptogamic diseases.

Rose plant-Keireb variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which forms attractive double long lasting blossoms which are light tangerine orange on the upper side and Chinese yellow suffused with tangerine orange on the under side. The buds and blossoms are well shaped and are of a distinctive and very attractive configuration (as illustrated). Such coloration is relatively bright and is well maintained when the blossoms are cut and placed in a vase. The plant exhibits an upright growth habit, forms vigorous vegetation, and is well suited for cut flower production. Additionally, the plant is not particularly affected by cryptogamic diseases.

Rose plant-- Keizoubo variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which abundantly forms attractive double pink blossoms. The blossoms are rose bengal on the upper surface and rhodamine pink on the under surface, and may vary to the darker tones according to the stage of the growing season. Such blossoms are long lasting when cut and placed in a vase. The plant exhibits an upright growth habit, vigorous vegetation, and is well suited for cut flower production when grown in a greenhouse. The foliage has an attractive bright dark green appearance which serves to well complement the blossom coloration. Additionally, the plant exhibits very good disease resistance.

Rose plant--Keitaibu variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which forms in abundance attractive very large double blossoms of long vase life. The blossoms are vermilion red on the upper surface and cardinal red on the under surface. The plant exhibits an erect growth habit, forms vigorous vegetation and is well suited for cut flower production. Good resistance to diseases is manifest.

Rose plant -- Keijourna variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which abundantly forms elegant long lasting double blossoms which are scarlet pink on the inside and light carmine rose on the outside. The buds are large and of good form. The plant exhibits vigorous vegetation and is well suited for forcing and cut flower production. The plant forms dense and glossy foliage and is not particularly affected by cryptogamic diseases.

Rose plant -- Keiromo variety

A new and distinct variety of Floribunda rose plant is provided which abundantly and continuously forms attractive long lasting large very double bicolor blossoms. The blossoms are strawberry red with a lemon base on the inside and are lemon yellow tinted with turkey red on the outside. The plant is bushy and exhibits vigorous vegetation. The new variety is particularly well suited for the decoration of parks and gardens. Good resistance to cryptogamic diseases also is exhibited.

Rose plant--Kiboh variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which continuously forms distinctive elegant fully double long-lasting blossoms which are brilliant scarlet red with a luminous yellow center. The foliage is very glossy and dark green in coloration. The new variety is very resistant to powdery mildew, and possesses an upright, vigorous and well-branched growth habit.

Rose plant named Koh-Sai

A new and distinct variety rose plant of the Shrub Class is provided which produces double pink blossoms in extreme abundance during the springtime which give a strikingly attractive overall appearance. The plant exhibits a distinctive weeping or semi-pendulous growth habit combined with extreme hardiness and excellent disease resistance.
