An article supplying apparatus includes a retention unit configured to retain an article, a robot hand configured to insert the article retained in the retention unit into a container, and a control unit configured to control operation of the robot hand. The robot hand has a holding portion for holding the article. The control unit executes holding control in which the article is held by the holding portion; and stand-by insertion control in which after the holding portion is temporarily disposed at a stand-by position different from a position immediately above an article insertion port in the container and set on a movement path from a start position of the holding through the holding control to the position immediately thereabove, the holding portion is moved to the position immediately thereabove, and the article is inserted into the container via the article insertion port.

A box packing system includes a frame, a cardboard sheet feeder, a box making section and a box packing device. The cardboard sheet feeder is configured to lift one of a plurality of cardboard sheets from a cardboard sheet stacking area of the frame. The cardboard sheets are in an upright state within the cardboard sheet stacking area and are folded or collapsed. The box making section re-shapes the cardboard sheet unfolding the cardboard sheet and transforms the cardboard sheet into a cardboard box where a bottom lid is closed and a top lid is opened defining an opening of the cardboard box. The box packing device has a dropping part that moves the cardboard box in a laterally opened state downwardly to s located filling position and a pushing part that pushes an article into the opening of the cardboard box while within the filling position.

Box packing device

A boxing apparatus erects packages that can be erected along a limited section of a conveyor, without having to erect them all at once, even with individual packages that are long in the feed direction. The boxing apparatus has a fourth conveyor belt that blocks the front of a line of incoming packages and exerts an upward force on the front package. The front package is raised up by this upward force, so the following package rides up onto the package in front, and the packages are erected successively. Consequently, even individual packages that are long in the feed direction can be erected at a limited section of a third conveyor belt.

Boxing apparatus

A box packing device includes a dropping part configured to drops a laterally opened cardboard box in the state in which the lateral flaps of the cardboard box are open before and after dropping. The dropping part has an upper guide mechanism and a lower guide mechanism. The upper guide mechanism includes first upper guide portions that oppose front faces of the flaps and second upper guide portions that oppose rear faces of the flaps. The lower guide mechanism includes a first lower movable guide portion and a first lower fixed guide portion that oppose the front faces of the flaps, second lower guide portions that oppose the rear faces of the flaps, and a first drive unit for driving the second lower guide portions towards the first lower guide portion.

A cardboard box assembly apparatus is a device for folding four panels constituting a lid section of a cardboard box, forming an interleaved lid where each of the four panels by overlaps adjacent ones of the four panels. The cardboard box assembly apparatus is provided with detruding members, locking members, and mover devices. The detruding members detrude respective first portions of the four panels. The locking members lock respective second portions of the four panels, preventing the second portions from moving in detrusion directions. Detrusion directions refer to directions of detrusion of the four panels. The mover devices move the locking members in a direction including at least a vertical direction component.

Cardboard box assembly apparatus

A conveyance apparatus aligns conveyed packaging bags. In the conveyance apparatus, a thickness measurement part measures the thickness of a packaging bag. A controller infers that the width of the packaging bag has decreased when the thickness of the packaging bag is greater than a reference thickness, and the controller causes a first guide member to move so as to approach a second guide member via a guide drive part. In addition, the controller infers that the width of the packaging bag has increased when the thickness of the packaging bag is less than the reference value, and the controller causes the first guide member to move so as to be distanced from the second guide member via the guide drive part.

Conveyance apparatus

A packaging apparatus includes a collection unit and a conveyance unit. The collection unit is configured and arranged to overlay a plurality of packaged objects on adjacent packaged objects. The conveyance unit is configured and arranged to convey, as a group of packaged objects, the packaged objects which are overlaid on the adjacent packaged objects at the collection unit. The conveyance unit includes a position control component. At least one portion of the position control component is positioned below a conveyance plane of the conveyance unit and the other portion of the position control component is positioned above the conveyance plane of the conveyance unit before positions of the packaged objects are adjusted, the one portion and the other portion of the position control component is provided sequentially.

Packaging apparatus

A packaging apparatus includes a conveyance unit having first and second position control plates. The first position control plate is arranged to selectively move forward or backward so as to obstruct or pass the group of packaged objects conveyed on the conveyance unit. When positions of the packaged objects are adjusted, the second position control plate is arranged to move from a downstream-side portion of the conveyance unit toward the first position control plate, rotate in a direction toward the first position control plate. or move from the downstream-side portion of the conveyance unit toward the first position control plate and simultaneously rotate in the direction toward the first position control plate. A subsequent process step delivery unit is arranged to deliver the group of packaged objects after the positions thereof are adjusted by the first and second position control plates, to a subsequent process device.

In an apparatus for folding cardboard boxes, an area of each of four top portion flaps of a corrugated cardboard box is locked by a locking member having an elastic member, and an area of each of the four top portion flaps of the corrugated cardboard box is pushed down by an overlapping folding member.

Apparatus for folding cardboard boxes

A package apparatus includes a first conveyance unit and a second conveyance unit. The first conveyance unit is configured and arranged to convey a plurality of packaged objects in a first conveying direction. The second conveyance unit is provided below the first conveyance unit and configured and arranged to convey the packaged objects in a second conveying direction generally opposite from the first conveying direction. The second conveyance unit is configured and arrange to overlay each of the packaged objects received from the first conveyance unit on an adjacent one of the packaged objects such that the packaged objects are generally oriented in the second conveying direction to form a group of the packaged objects that is conveyed in the second conveying direction on the second conveyance unit.

Package apparatus

A bag supply device receives large bags are retained in a stacked state on its mounting portions that are provided on chains. In addition, this bag supply device includes a horizontal support mechanism that supports the rear portion of the stacked large bags so that they can be raised and lowered in order to retain an uppermost surface of an uppermost large bag in a horizontal posture at a discharge position. The chains and the mounting portions are disposed such that the rear portion of the large bags hangs down. The horizontal support mechanism includes a roller that moves along the transport direction, and the uppermost large bag will be retained in a horizontal posture by moving the roller to support the rear portion of the large bags from below.

Packaging bag supply device and bagging device having the same

A transport apparatus for transporting an article, which is a bag formed from a flexible packaging material, includes a first transport part and a second transport part. The first transport part is configured and arranged to transport the article in a predetermined transport direction with the article being supported from below by a transport surface of the first transport part. The second transport part is configured and arranged to transport the article in the predetermined transport direction while exerting a downward force on a portion of an upper surface of the article being transported by the first transport part.

Transport apparatus and boxing apparatus provided with same

A seal checker for conveying and pressing a packaging bag by upper and lower conveyance units is provided which is capable of saving space with a compact structure, and is also capable of improving maintainability and cleanability. A lower transfer conveyor is mounted on a main body frame, and an upper transfer conveyor is supported by an elevating mechanism mounted to the main body frame. The elevating mechanism includes first and second link members and a frame that connects upper end portions of the link members to each other. Lower portions of the first and second link members are connected to the main body frame. The frame is configured so as to move in parallel with the lower transfer conveyor.

A conveyance apparatus is disclosed which includes a delivery device that delivers an article supplied in a horizontal position from a conveyor to an accumulation and conveyance apparatus, and delivery tables which receive the article and move the same to a standing position by rotating to the standing position, and which also deliver the article while orderly placing the same from front to rear in a bucket by moving forward; and a drive unit comprising a synchronous pulley, a synchronous timing belt, and a motor, which rotate and move the delivery tables in synchronization with the movement of the bucket.
