A metal mask according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may include a metal thin film having a first thickness and having a first region including a transmission region defining first openings penetrating the metal thin film, and a non-transmission region including an etching portion having a second thickness that is smaller than the first thickness, and a second region adjacent the first region, and defining second openings penetrating the metal thin film, wherein an opening density of the first region is less than an opening density of the second region, the opening density of the first region being defined as a number of the first openings per an area of the first region, and the opening density of the second region being defined as a number of the second openings per an area of the second region.

Metal mask

A mask includes: a body portion including a cell area, and a peripheral area surrounding the cell area, the body portion having a plurality of cell openings defined therein; and a plurality of mark patterns at the peripheral area. The cell area includes: a first area; and a second area adjacent to the first area, and the plurality of cell openings includes: first cell openings defined at the first area, and spaced from each other; and second cell openings defined at the second area, and spaced from each other. Each of the mark patterns includes at least one recess portion, and has a point-symmetrical shape with respect to a corresponding symmetry point.

A mask includes a first mask that includes a first long side that extends in a first direction and a first short side that extends in a second direction that crosses the first direction and that includes a first edge portion, a first center portion, and a first welded portion, that are sequentially arranged in the first direction. A mask assembly for manufacturing a display device, the mask assembly includes: a mask frame including a pair of first side portions arranged in a first direction, a pair of second side portions arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and an opening portion defined by the first side portions and the second side portions; a mask sheet arranged on the opening portion of the mask frame, fixed on the mask frame, and including a plurality of openings; and a support member attached to at least one of the first side portions and the second side portions of the mask frame with tensile force applied.

Method for manufacturing display device using a mask frame

An organic light emitting device includes a base substrate having a pixel region and a non-pixel region, an organic light emitting element on the pixel region, and an auxiliary line in the non-pixel region. The organic light emitting element includes an anode, a first organic light emitting layer disposed on the anode, a first cathode, and a second cathode. The first cathode is on the first organic light emitting layer to be thereby electrically connected to the auxiliary line. The second cathode is on the first cathode to be thereby electrically connected to the first cathode. The first cathode may include a metal and the second cathode may include a transparent conductive oxide (TCO).

White organic light emitting diode

An organic light emitting display (OLED) device includes: an insulating substrate; a first electrode on the insulating substrate; a second electrode on the first electrode; a light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; a hole common layer between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer; an electron common layer between the second electrode and the light-emitting layer; and a scattering layer on the insulating substrate and having a non-planar surface, wherein the scattering layer includes at least one of benzene, naphthalene, anthracene, tetracene, pentacene, amine, benzidine, biphenyl, carbazole, pyridine, bipyridine, imidazole, phenanthroline, phenylborane, pyrimidine, or triazine, and the base material of the scattering layer includes a substituent including at least one of a benzoyl group, a carboxyl group, an aminophenoxyl group, a tricabonate group, or a styryl group.
