The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a metal plate coating material with which it is possible to form a coating film that has extremely high storage stability, that does not exhibit yellowing, and that is not prone to staining with rain streaks; and a method for producing a coated metal plate using the metal plate coating material. The metal plate coating material for solving the problem contains: at least one of a mixture of a fluorine-containing resin and a (meth)acrylic resin and a copolymer of a fluorine-containing monomer and a (meth)acrylic group-containing monomer; a silicone resin; and a zinc carboxylate salt catalyst.

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a painted metal plate having rain-streak-stain resistance and a good appearance, and a method for producing the same. To solve this problem, the method for producing a painted metal plate includes a step for forming a coating by applying a paint containing a silicone resin and a fluorine-containing resin to the surface of a metal plate and curing the paint, and a step for performing flame treatment on the coating. The silicone resin contains 5 to 50 mol % of a silanol group with respect to the total molar mass of Si atoms.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coating material that is for a coated metal plate, that has high storage stability, that is less likely to contaminate a heating device, and that can be used to produce a coated metal plate having a surface on which rain streaks are less likely to occur and having high scratch resistance. An ink composition for ink jet printing is provided which gives a cured object excellent in adhesion to metallic plates, resistance to etchants, and alkali removability and can be stably ejected with an ink jet apparatus. A colored metal sheet useful as a decorative member, a multi-colored signboard, etc. is provided by transfer-printing a topcoat or clear paint layerformed on a substrate metal sheetwith a sublimation dye. A sublimation dye penetrates into the paint layerto form colored partsextending along thickness direction of the paint layer.
