A plug member integrally includes a base portion () attached to a plug holder () to be mounted on a mouth portion of a container, a plug () engaged with an engagement portion () provided in an outlet passage of the plug holder (), and a resilient connection portion () resiliently connecting the plug () to the base portion (). Before the first use, the outlet passage is closed with the plug member. In the first use, the container is squeezed to increase the internal pressure of the container. Thus, the plug () is disengaged from the engagement portion () by the internal pressure. The outlet passage is thereafter constantly kept open.

Mouth cap for liquid container

A filtering discharge container employing a delaminatable bottle was provided, which reliably prevents a content liquid from leaking out before the first use, and reduces a discharging resistance during the second and subsequent use. An engagement portion () is provided in an outlet passage of a mouth cap (). In a filtering dispenser container which includes a plug attached to a mouth portion of a bottle thereof and having a liquid discharge passage, and a filter and a check valve provided in the discharge passage, air lock is prevented, even if the container contains a highly percolative liquid, by preventing a very small amount of liquid percolating the check valve from reaching the filter. In the filtering dispenser container, a dam () is provided between the check valve () and the filter () for retaining a very small amount of the liquid percolating the check valve () when the check valve is closed. [Problem] A compound, which can be used for preventing or treating diseases, in which 11&#x3b2;-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11&#x3b2;-HSD1) is concerned, in particular, diabetes, insulin resistance, dementia, schizophrenia and depression, is provided. [Means for Solution] It was found that a triazole derivative, in which one of the 3- and 5-positions of the triazole ring has (di)alkylmethyl or cycloalkyl, each of which is substituted with &#x2014;O&#x2014; (aryl or a heterocyclic group, each of which may be substituted, or lower alkylene-cycloalkyl), and the other thereof has aryl, a heterocyclic group or cycloalkyl, each of which may be substituted, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof exhibits potent 11&#x3b2;-HSD1 inhibitory action. From the above, the triazole derivative of the present invention can be used for preventing or treating diabetes, insulin resistance, dementia, schizophrenia and depression.

There is provided a compound which can be used for therapy of diseases in which 11&#x3b2;-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11&#x3b2;-HSD1) participates, in particular diabetes, insulin resistance. It has been found that a triazole derivative wherein the triazole ring is substituted with a trisubstituted methyl group in the 2-position or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has a strong 11&#x3b2;-HSD1 inhibitory activity.
