An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus includes a light interference optical unit, an irradiation unit, a luminance transition information detecting unit, a focused state detecting unit, and a guide unit. The light interference optical unit is configured to acquire a depth profile of a patient's eye tissue. The luminance transition information detecting unit is configured to control a first focus position adjusting unit to shift a focus position of a measurement light to acquire a depth profile in each focus position. The focused state detecting unit is configured to detect a focused state in the patient's eye tissue based on luminance transition information acquired by the luminance transition information detecting unit. The guide unit is configured to guide a focus position of a laser beam to be adjusted based on a result of detection of the focused state detecting unit.

An ophthalmic photographing apparatus including an interference optical system for dividing light from a first light source into measurement light and reference light, directing measurement light to a fundus and reference light to a reference optical system, and photo-receiving by a first photodetector interference light, a first optical scanner disposed in a measurement light optical path and scanning measurement light in two dimensional directions, a driving unit moving an optical member in an optical path of measurement light or reference light to change an optical path length, a control unit controlling the driving unit to adjust an optical path length difference, controlling the optical scanner to scan measurement light at a given photographing view angle, and obtaining a tomographic image based on a photodetector signal, and a calculation unit converting a photographing range into an actual distance based on optical member positional information and view angle information.

Ophthalmic photographing apparatus

An ophthalmic photographing apparatus includes: an interference optical system including a splitter that splits light, emitted from a measurement light source, into measurement light and reference light, and synthesizing the measurement light reflected on an eye with the reference light to guide the synthesized light to a detector; a driving part that moves an optical member arranged in the optical path to adjust an optical-path difference between the measurement light and the reference light; an image obtaining part that obtains a tomographic image of a fundus or an anterior segment based on a light receiving signal output from the detector; and a driving control unit that controls driving of the driving part to locate the optical member in a predetermined position corresponding to either a photographing mode for photographing the tomographic image of the fundus or a photographing mode for photographing the tomographic image of the anterior segment.
