A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a holding member for specifying mutual positions of the coil and the magnetic core, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil, the magnetic core and the holding member, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion, the assembly being placed on the bottom plate portion, a side wall portion for surrounding the assembly, and an opening facing the bottom plate portion. The assembly is so accommodated into the case that an axial direction of each winding portion is along a depth direction of the case. The magnetic core includes an outer core portion to be arranged outside the winding portions and on the opening side.

Reactor

A reactor includes an assembly of a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a sealing resin portion for at least partially sealing the assembly by being filled into the case, and a supporting portion to be fixed to the case in a cantilever manner. The case includes a bottom plate portion, and a side wall portion. The side wall portion includes a pair of short side portions and a pair of long side portions having different lengths along a circumferential direction of the case. The supporting portion includes a fixed end to be fixed to an end surface of the short side portion of the side wall portion, an overlapping region configured to overlap the outer core portion from above, and a free end not to be fixed to the case.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. The case includes a bottom plate portion on which the assembly is placed, a side wall portion for surrounding the assembly, and an opening facing the bottom plate portion and having a rectangular planar shape. The pair of winding portions are so arranged that a parallel direction is orthogonal to the bottom plate portion. The reactor includes a supporting member to be arranged along a short side direction of the opening. The supporting member includes end portions to be stopped in contact with facing inner surfaces of the side wall portion.

A reactor includes: a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel via a coupling portion; a magnetic core including inner core portions arranged inside the winding portions and a pair of outer core portions arranged outside the winding portions; a pair of holding members arranged so as to face end faces of the winding portions; and a molded resin portion covering at least a portion of outer peripheral surfaces of the outer core portions and fills spaces between inner peripheral surfaces of the winding portions and the inner core portions. The coil is a single continuous winding wire, the coupling portion is formed by bending back a portion of the winding wire, and one of the holding members on a side on which the coupling portion is arranged includes a recessed portion housing the coupling portion and an inward projection is arranged inside the coupling portion.

A reactor includes an assembly formed by assembling a coil and a magnetic core, a case for accommodating the assembly inside, a grip member for sandwiching the assembly from the bottom plate portion side and the opening side inside the case, and a screw member for fixing the grip member to the bottom plate portion by penetrating into the case from outside of the bottom plate portion. The grip member includes a first piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the opening side, a second piece to be held in contact with a surface of the assembly on the bottom plate portion side, and a third piece connecting the first piece and the second piece in a depth direction of the case.

A reactor is provided with a coil including a pair of winding portions arranged in parallel, a magnetic core to be arranged inside and outside the winding portions, a case for accommodating an assembly including the coil and the magnetic core, a leaf spring fitting for pressing the assembly toward an inner bottom surface of the case, and a sealing resin portion to be filled into the case. Each of the winding portions is so arranged that an arrangement direction of the winding portions is along a depth direction of the case. The case includes an opening having a rectangular planar shape. The leaf spring fitting is arranged in a state curved toward the inner bottom surface by having both end parts of the leaf spring fitting directly pressed against parts of inner wall surfaces of the case facing each other in a long side direction.

A reactor includes a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core; and a case. The magnetic core includes a plurality of core pieces forming a closed magnetic circuit. The core pieces include two outer core pieces having a portion disposed outside the winding portion. The case includes a first and a second opposing faces are respectively opposed to outer edge faces of the outer core pieces, and a case inclined surface provided on at least one of the first and the second opposing faces. The case inclined surface is inclined such that a distance between the first opposing face and the second opposing face decreases from an opening side of the case toward an inner bottom face of the case, and a core inclined surface on the outer edge face side of the outer core piece is in surface contact with the case inclined surface.

Provided is a reactor including a coil that has wound portions formed by winding a winding wire, and a magnetic core that includes inner core portions arranged inside of the wound portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the wound portions. The reactor includes an outer resin portion covering at least outer surfaces of the outer core portions. A terminal platform is formed in one piece protruding on the outer surface of an outer resin portion among the outer resin portions and has fastening portions configured to fasten terminal fittings connected to end portions of the winding wire to terminals of an external wiring. A fixing portion is formed in one piece on the terminal platform and fixes the reactor to an installation target. The terminal platform and the fixing portion are integrated and the thickness of the terminal platform is less than that of the fixing portion.

A reactor has a coil and a loop-shaped magnetic core disposed extending inside and outside the coil. The coil has two winding portions that are disposed laterally side-by-side, and the magnetic core has two inner core portions that are disposed inside the winding portions, and two outer core portions that are disposed outside the winding portions and connect end portions of the two inner core portions. The reactor includes an inner resin portion obtained by filling a space between inner peripheral faces of the winding portions and the inner core portions, end face intervening members disposed between end faces of the winding portions and the outer core portions, and spacer pieces that are integrated with the end face intervening members and are disposed extending between an entirety of mutually opposing inward faces of the two winding portions.

Provided is a reactor that includes: a coil provided with a wound portion that is obtained by winding a winding wire, and has an exposed region with which a liquid coolant comes into direct contact; a magnetic core that is arranged inside and outside the wound portion, and forms a closed magnetic circuit; a sensor member configured to measure the temperature of the coil, the sensor member including a rod-shaped sensor body portion attached to the exposed region of the wound portion, and a wire coupled to the sensor body portion; and a sensor cover portion that covers surfaces of the outer periphery of the sensor body portion, except for a mounting surface for mounting to the wound portion and at least part of a coupling surface to which the wire is coupled.

A reactor including: a coil having a winding portion; a magnetic core having a plurality of core pieces; and an inner interposed member interposed between the winding portion and an inner core portion of the magnetic core. An inner resin portion fills an internal space of the winding portion, the inner interposed member includes core holding portions holding the core pieces to be decentered relative to the inner interposed member when seen in the axial direction of the winding portion, a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on a displacement direction side is longer than a separation distance between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner interposed member on the side that is opposite the displacement direction side.

Reactor and method for manufacturing reactor

A reactor that includes a coil that includes a winding portion; a magnetic core that includes a plurality of core pieces that are located inside and outside the winding portion, and one or more gap portions that are interposed between core pieces that are adjacent to each other; an interposed member that is interposed between the coil and the magnetic core; and a resin mold portion that covers at least a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the magnetic core without covering an outer circumferential surface of the winding portion so that the outer circumferential surface of the winding portion is exposed.

Provided is a reactor that can prevent a temperature sensor from being attached to a wound portion of a coil in a wrong direction. The reactor includes a temperature sensor having a sensor main portion attached to an outer peripheral surface of a wound portion and a wire extending from the sensor main portion. A sensor housing portion houses the sensor main portion. The sensor main portion has a detection surface facing the wound portion and a projecting portion protruding from a back surface of the sensor main portion opposite of the detection surface. The sensor housing portion has a pair of side wall portions opposing respective side surfaces of the sensor main portion. A height of a portion of the sensor main portion that has the projecting portion is larger than a width of that portion and larger than the distance between the side wall portions.

Provided is a reactor including: a coil having winding portions formed by winding a wire; a magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic circuit with inner core portions arranged inside of the winding portions and outer core portions arranged outside of the winding portions; end surface interposed members that are interposed between axial direction end surfaces of the winding portions and the outer core portions; and an inner resin portion that fills spaces between inner circumferential surfaces of the winding portions and outer circumferential surfaces of the inner core portions, the end surface interposed members including turn storage portions that store at least a portion of turns of the axial direction end portions of the winding portions.

Reactor and reactor manufacturing method

A reactor including: a coil including a winding portion formed by winding a winding wire; and a magnetic core that forms a closed magnetic circuit constituted by an inner core portion located inside the winding portion and an outer core portion located outside the winding portion. The reactor further includes an inner resin portion that fills a gap between the inner circumferential surface of the winding portion and the outer circumferential surface of the inner core portion, and when a side, of the outer core portion, that faces the inner core portion is defined as an inner side, and the opposite side is defined as an outer side, the outer core portion is provided with a through hole that is open to both the inner side and the outer side, and the through hole is filled with a portion of the inner resin portion.
