A slide lock device for a press machine in which a plurality of entry holes are formed in a flange portion of a flange member fixed on a shaft member, and that locks the shaft member not to rotate by a plurality of pin members inserted into and engaged with the plurality of entry holes, including an annular main body member fixed to a main body frame, a plurality of arcuate entry holes formed in the flange portion, an annular piston member installed within an annular cylinder bore formed in the main body member and shiftable along the axial direction, an annular first and second fluid pressure working chambers for driving the annular piston member, and adapted so that the plurality of pin members can be inserted into and through the entry holes and put into inserted positions by fluid pressure, and also can be backed out of the entry holes and changed over to retracted positions.

Slide lock device for press machine

A slide lock apparatus for a press machine includes: a flange member fixed over the shaft member for driving the slide, and having a flange portion; an annular main member fixed to the main frame, and having an annular member facing the flange portion; a plurality of reception holes formed in the annular member; a plurality of pin members installed in the plurality of reception holes so as to be shiftable therein; a plurality of actuators for driving the plurality of pin members between retracted positions and advanced positions penetrating into admission holes in the flange portion; a first locking member for locking the plurality of pin members in retracted positions; a first drive device for rotationally driving the first locking member; a second locking member for locking the plurality of pin members in their advanced positions; and a second drive device for rotationally driving the second locking member.

Slide lock apparatus for press machine

A coupling device which contributes to a further reduction in the space required to transport a die etc., in which first and second joints are simplified in structure and downsized, and that is advantageous when multiple sets of such first and second joints are installed. The coupling device comprises a female joint and a male joint. The female joint is fitted on a mold and comprises a first valve casing, a first valve body, and a first open/close valve having a first valve seat and a first valve portion. The male joint is fitted on a clamping plate of an injection molding machine and comprises a second valve casing, a second valve body, and a second open/close valve having a second valve seat and a second valve portion. The coupling device further comprises a valve body drive unit. When, in a condition where the front ends of the first and second valve casings and are in contact with each other, the valve body drive unit drives and advances, in the male joint, only the second valve body relative to the second valve casing, the first and second valve bodies and are driven to the valve opening side.

Coupling device

A burden of exchanging ejector rods is reduced in an injection molding machine when exchanging rods during exchange of a die. A plurality of rod insertion holes are formed so as to pierce through a movable platen. A plurality of ejector rods are inserted into rod insertion holes so as to slide freely therein. An ejector plate is disposed at the rear side of the movable platen. In a plurality of the ejector rods, a plurality of base rods are inserted into rod insertion holes so as to slide freely therein. Their base end portions are fixed to the ejector plate. Detachable rods are removably stuck with magnetism to the base rods by first and second magnets.

Ejector device of injection molding machine

The ejector device of a molding machine includes: an ejector plate; an ejector drive means for driving the ejector plate in directions to approach towards and to withdraw from a platen; a plurality of rod insertion holes formed so as to pierce through the platen; and a plurality of ejector rods or a plurality of base rods which are base end portions of ejector rods that are inserted into the plurality of rod insertion holes so as to slide freely therein; and a plurality of magnetic rod fixing mechanisms capable of removably fixing the plurality of ejector rods to the ejector plate, or of removably fixing the plurality of detachable rods to the tip end portions of the base rods which are fixed to the ejector plate.

Each of a plurality of injection molding machines is provided with clamp plates fixed on platens and a plurality of magnet units to generate magnetic force for fixing a mold to the clamp plate fitted on the clamp plates; and the plurality of injection molding machines are provided with a plurality of common connectors having the same structure, each of which is electrically connected to the magnetic unit, a molding machine control unit and a power source device; and the mold fixing system comprises a set of operation control units to be shared by the plurality of injection molding machines, and when a mold is to be exchanged in any of the injection molding machines, the plurality of magnet units are switched to the non-adsorbing state or the adsorbing state via the operation control unit in the state where the operation control unit is connected to the common connector of the injection molding machine.

Mold fixing system

The magnetic fixing device comprises a clamping plate having a fixing surface to which a clamping object is fixed and plural magnetic force generation mechanisms. The magnetic force generation mechanisms each comprise a magnetic material member facing the fixing surface, plural permanent magnets arranged around the outer periphery of the magnetic material member, a first Alnico magnet placed on the back of the magnetic material member, and a first coil for switching the polarity of the first Alnico magnet, and can be switched between the absorption state in which the clamping object is adsorbed and the non-absorption state in which the clamping object is not adsorbed. An operation state indication mechanism capable of presenting an indicator indicating that the plural magnetic force generation mechanisms are in the absorption state or in the non-absorption state is provided on the fixing surface or outer periphery of the clamping plate.

Magnetic fixing device

The injection molding machine has a fixed platen and a movable platen for fixing a pair of molds; a pair of clamp plates mounted to the fixed platen and the movable platen, respectively, and having a fixation surface for mold fixation, respectively; and magnetic force generation mechanisms for generating a magnetic force for fixing the molds to the fixation surfaces. An air-gap formation mechanism is provided at least in one of the clamp plates for automatically forming air-gaps between the fixation surfaces and the molds in association with the movement start of the movable platen while the magnetic force generation mechanisms are inactivated for detaching the molds from the fixation surfaces.

Injection molding machine

A gas spring () comprises a cylinder main body (); a rod member () slidable to cylinder main body; a gas filled chamber () filled with compressed gas and urging the rod member in a first direction; a rod inserting hole () inserting the rod member (); an annular collar () slidable on the rod member at a position apart from the rod inserting hole in the second direction opposite to the first direction; an annular groove () on the annular collar which is open toward the second direction; and a lock ring () engaging with an annular ring mounting groove () on the rod member (). In assembling, the lock ring () is moved in the first direction together with the rod member, to thus engage with the annular groove () on the annular collar, so that the annular collar for stopping the rod member and the lock ring is stopped by an end wall of the cylinder main body.

Gas spring

A gas spring has a cylinder body, a rod member internally slidably fitted in the cylinder body, and a gas chamber which is formed inside the cylinder body and filled with compressed gas. The seal members for sealing between the cylinder body and the rod member are disposed at both sides of the gas chamber, while ring members for partitioning the gas chamber are disposed at the end portions of the gas chamber close to the seal members, and accordingly, annular grease chambers for grease between the seal member and the ring member are formed, and it is possible to prevent grease shortage by the grease in the grease chambers.

The present invention presents a work pallet positioning and fixing device capable of positioning in both horizontal and vertical directions through elastic deformation of an annular engaging portion, wherein the engaging portion can elastically deform along the entire periphery and even locally in a circumferential direction thereof.

Work pallet positioning and fixing device

A gas spring comprising a cylinder body filled with compressed gas and an upright rod passing through a rod side end wall member of the cylinder body. By supporting a main shaft unit with the gas spring, the load on a vertical displacement mechanism is reduced. A pair of upper and lower ring-shaped seal members, which seal between the rod end wall member and the rod, are provided inside the rod wall member. Ring-shaped oil filling chambers are formed in between the ring-shaped seal members and between the rod end wall member and the rod. An oil filling mechanism fills the oil filling chambers with lubrication oil.

Main shaft balancing device for machine tool

A machine tool main spindle balancer wherein the annular sealing members of a gas spring that supports the main spindle unit to reduce the load of an elevating mechanism are easily replaceable. A gas spring of a machine tool main spindle balancer comprises a cylinder body, which is filled with a compressed gas, a rod that extends downward from the inside of cylinder body, a head-side end wall member of cylinder body having a filling valve, a sleeve member forming a circumferential wall around a rod insertion hole mounted hermetically and detachably on a rod-side end wall member, and annular sealing members and mounted on said sleeve member, so that annular sealing members can be replaced easily by discharging the compressed gas, and removing only sleeve member while holding rod on head-side end wall member.

Machine tool main shaft balancer

A gas spring and a method for filling a gas chamber of a gas spring does not require the use of a gas filling valve. Gas spring ( ) includes a rod member ( ), a cylinder main body ( ), a gas filling chamber ( ), first and second sealing members ( ), a plurality of pin members ( ), and a plurality of slots ( ). A gas filling implement ( ) makes it possible to fill the gas filling chamber ( ) with compressed gas in a simple and reliable manner without providing the gas spring ( ) with a gas filling valve having a nonreturn valve. Consequently, the entire gas spring ( ) is configured symmetrically about the axial center of the rod member ( ), and its center of gravity is aligned with the axial center of the rod member ( ), making it possible to prevent the gas spring ( ) from inducing vibrations in the main shaft.

Gas spring and method of charging gas into the gas spring

A coupling device, having a simple structure, prevents leakage of fluid from an auxiliary valve in a female coupler. The coupling device seals fluid containing air in the female coupler, even in the pressure of the fluid remains or is as low as the ambient pressure level when the male coupler is separated from the female coupler. An annular seal, having integrally formed first and second annular seal elements, is provided in the female coupler. The first annular seal seals between a protruded cylindrical member of the male coupler and a mating cylindrical member of the female coupler. The second annular seal forms a valve body portion of the cylindrical member of the female coupler.
