A gasification gas treatment facility for treating a gasification gas obtained by gasification of a fuel includes: a first heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a purified gas obtained by removing at least ammonia and hydrogen chloride from the gasification gas and steam at a saturation temperature; a second heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between the gasification gas and at least condensed water produced by the heat exchange in the first heat exchanger to produce the steam at the saturation temperature; and a circulation system for circulating a circulating fluid including at least one of the steam or the condensed water between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The circulation system is configured to supply the circulating fluid including at least the condensed water at the saturation temperature produced in the first heat exchanger to the second heat exchanger.

Gasification gas treatment facility and gasification gas treatment method

A hydrocarbon recovery facility includes: a washing column configured to bring a gas and water into contact to deposit a hydrocarbon contained in the gas into the water; an automatic strainer for continuously removing the hydrocarbon together with part of the water from the water mixed with the hydrocarbon; an oil-water mixing drum for mixing the water and the hydrocarbon removed by the automatic strainer with an organic solvent to prepare an oil-water mixture; and an oil-water separation drum for separating the oil-water mixture prepared in the oil-water mixing drum into an oil phase and a water phase.

Hydrocarbon recovery facility

A gas purification device includes: a converter packed with a catalyst for hydrolyzing both carbonyl sulfide and hydrogen cyanide; an upstream heat exchanger for heat exchange between a gas to be introduced into the converter and a cooling fluid for cooling the gas; a reaction-temperature estimation member for estimating a reaction temperature inside the converter; and a flow-rate adjustment member for adjusting a flow rate of the cooling fluid flowing into the upstream heat exchanger based on an estimated value of the reaction-temperature estimation member to control the reaction temperature.

Gas purification device

A gas purification device removes a part of ammonia contained in a first gas; recovers a first off-gas containing the removed ammonia, removes hydrogen sulfide and ammonia from a second gas produced by removing the part of ammonia, recovers a second off-gas containing the removed hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, and combusts the first off-gas and the second off-gas. The gas purification device includes: a first combustion chamber in which combustion is performed in a reducing atmosphere; a second combustion chamber in which combustion is performed in a reducing atmosphere downstream of the first combustion chamber; and a third combustion chamber in which combustion is performed in an oxidizing atmosphere downstream of the second combustion chamber. The first off-gas flows into the first combustion chamber and the second off-gas flows into the third combustion chamber.

A gas clean-up unit includes a first conversion unit configured to perform a first conversion process of converting hydrogen cyanide contained in gas to be treated to ammonia, in presence of a first catalyst and at a first predetermined temperature; a second conversion unit configured to perform a second conversion process of converting carbonyl sulfide in the gas that has been subjected to the first conversion process to hydrogen sulfide, in presence of a second catalyst and at a second predetermined temperature lower than the first predetermined temperature; a cleaning unit configured to perform a cleaning process of bringing the gas into gas-liquid contact with cleaning liquid to remove the ammonia by cleaning; and a desulfurization unit configured to absorb and remove hydrogen sulfide in the gas by bringing the gas that has been subjected to the cleaning process into gas-liquid contact with absorbent.

A method and system for recovering COfrom gasification gas, prevents the recovered COfrom being contaminated with COS, without repeating cooling and heating operations and without increasing the steam consumption. Gasification gas being produced in a gasifierand containing CO, CO, COS and HS is subjected to dust removal in a scrubber. Then, a part of the gas is subjected to a CO shift reaction, in which CO is converted into CO, in a CO shift reactor. Another part of the gasification gas is not subjected to the CO shift reaction by means of a bypass, and is mixed with the gas after the CO shift reaction. Thereby, the temperature of the mixture gas is set at 180&#xb0; C. to 300&#xb0; C., and COS in the mixture gas is converted into HS in a COS converter

A method and an apparatus for separating acidic gases from syngas are capable of reducing the necessary power and are capable of obtaining high-purity COat a high recovery ratio. A purification method and a purification system of coal gasification gas using the method and the apparatus are also provided. An apparatus for separating acidic gases from syngas containing acidic gases of C02 and H2S, in order, converts CO in the syngas into C02, removes H2S contained in the syngas by using a solvent for physical absorption, removes physical solvent from the syngas followed by heating in a heat exchanger using the converted syngas heat, and removes C02 from the heated syngas by using a solvent for chemical absorption.
