A management computerextracts product type information from a product type data storing unitbased on an input product type identifier, and receives information about a selected shipment destination. Then, the management computerextracts a permission type from a shipment destination specification data storing unitbased on the product type and a shipment destination identifier. Further, the management computerdetermines whether or not permission about the permission type has been obtained. When the permission has been obtained, the management computerextracts a permission identifier. The management computerextracts rating information of the product type data based on record items of the shipment destination specification data, and provides an instance format of the rating label.

A method of producing a developing roller applicable to a developing device included in an image forming apparatus and capable of carrying a great amount of toner thereon by generating microfields. The surface of a conductive base is covered with a net constituting of conductive fibers and dielectric fibers woven together.
