A wiring substrate includes an insulating substrate including a first surface and a wiring conductor located at the insulating substrate, the insulating substrate containing multiple bulk crystallites of SiC with different polytypes. An electronic device includes the wiring substrate described above and an electronic component mounted on the wiring substrate. An electronic module includes the electronic device described above and a module substrate on which the electronic device is mounted.

A wiring board including a component mounting portion with an increased strength is provided. In addition, an electronic device and an electronic module with high reliabilities are provided. The wiring board includes a base having a first face and a conductor positioned on the first face. The conductor has a region in which a plurality of first protrusions are positioned on a surface of the conductor, the plurality of first protrusions protruding in a same oblique direction that is oblique to a direction normal to the first face. The electronic device and the electronic module include the above-described wiring board and an electronic component mounted on the wiring board.

Disclosed is a wiring board, including: a base body having insulating properties; and a wiring conductor positioned on the base body. The base body has a first surface, a fourth surface positioned opposite to the first surface, and a second surface and a third surface positioned at side surfaces between the first surface and the fourth surface. The first surface, the second surface, and the third surface are mounting surfaces for respective electronic components, and the fourth surface is an installation surface.

And the substrate further includes a resin layer including a plurality of sublayers made of different materials. The resin layer is attached to the first surface of the base layer and the second surface of the interconnection layer.
