A high frequency electronic part comprising a conductor wiring for transmitting an electric signal of 100 MHz to 100 GHz, and an insulation layer composed of a void containing thermoplastic resin film orientated in at least one direction by stretching. A transparent conductive film has a cured layer mainly containing a curable resin and a transparent conductive thin film successively layered on a transparent plastic film base. The transparent conductive film is characterized in that it has 3-200 protrusions over the surface of the transparent conductive thin film per 100 &mgr;m , each having a diameter of 0.05-3.0 &mgr;m and a height of 0.005-2.00 &mgr;m. An infrared absorption filter which has absorption in the near-infrared region, manifests high light transmission in the visible region, and does not have large absorption of specific wavelength in the visible region, further, is excellent in environmental stability and durability and has little optical defect, the filter comprising an infrared absorption layer laminated at least on one surface of a transparent polymer film, wherein said transparent polymer film is a film comprising a polymer easy adhesion layer laminated at least on one surface, said transparent polymer film contains substantially no particle, and said transparent polymer film contains foreign materials having a size of 20 &mgr;m or more in an amount of 10/m or less per unit area of the film.

The films afforded by the present invention have superior properties and are industrially advantageous in a broad range of applications.

A gas barrier film comprising a polyamide film and an inorganic deposited layer laminated thereon, wherein the maximum shrinkage percentage after boiling treatment at 95.degree. C. for 30 minutes is not more than 3.5%. The gas barrier film of the present invention has excellent gas barrier property and water vapor-proof property even after boiling or retort treatment. Hence, the film of the present invention can serve well as a wrapping material for a wide range of objects that require high gas barrier property, such as food, medical products, industrial materials and the like, and has great industrial value.
