An X-ray diagnosis apparatus including an X-ray detector which has a plurality of detection elements. On the X-ray detector, there is a first area and a second area. A readout unit reads out an electric charge from a detection element on the first area before reading out the electric charge from a detection element on the second area. A display unit displays an X-ray image data which is created by the electric charge read out from the detection element on the second area.

X-ray diagnosis apparatus

A radiation detector has a plurality of charge conversion elements which are laid out in a matrix and convert incoming radiation into charges, a plurality of capacitors for storing the charges generated by the charge conversion elements, and charge read elements for reading the charges stored in the capacitors. Signals other than signals originated to charges stored in the capacitors, which are produced upon, e.g., turning on/off the charge read elements are canceled by adjustment means, thus improving the S/N ratio.

When &ldquo;fluoroscopy&rdquo; is specified, a little amount of X rays are irradiated successively, and an X-ray image is reflected from rotating mirrors to enter a fluoroscopic camera head provided with FTCCD. The FTCCD can obtain a fluoroscopic image as a moving picture because successive imaging is possible in a frame rate. Moreover, when &ldquo;radiography&rdquo; is specified, great amounts of X rays are irradiated at one shot, and an X-ray image is reflected from the rotating mirrors to enter a radiographic camera head provided with FFTCCD. The FFTCCD is provided with pixels with large pixel size whose number is increased, and thus a high-definition radiographic image as a still picture can be obtained without using an X-ray film.

High-definition still picture real-time display type x-ray diagnostic apparatus

An X-ray diagnostic apparatus forms image data using an arbitrary region in the detectable area of a planar detector having a plurality of X-ray detector elements arrayed in a matrix. An X-ray sensor array for exposure-controlling having a plurality of X-ray sensors arrayed in a matrix overlaps the planar detector. An X-ray controller controls an X-ray tube unit on the basis of an output from the X-ray sensor array in order to optimize the X-ray dose on a subject. A controller selects at least one X-ray sensor in accordance with the position of a partial region where an image is formed. The controller controls at least one of the X-ray sensor array and X-ray controller so as to control the X-ray dose on the basis of an output from the selected X-ray sensor.

An X-ray imaging apparatus comprises an X-ray emission unit for emitting X-rays onto a human body under examination, an X-ray emission control unit for outputting an X-ray emission signal to direct the X-ray emission unit to emit X-rays, a flat panel X-ray detector having a two-dimensional array of detector elements in rows (lines) and columns, each of the detector elements converting incident X-rays passed through the human body under examination into an electric charge signal and storing it, a resetting unit for placing each line of the detector elements in the readout state in sequence, thereby discharging electric charge stored on each of the detector elements, a storage unit for placing all the lines of the detector elements in the readout state to thereby allow each of the detector elements to store an electric charge signal, and a readout unit for placing each line of the detector elements in the readout state in sequence to thereby read an electric charge signal from each of the detector elements.

X-ray imaging apparatus using X-ray planar detector

It is an object of the invention to provide an X-ray diagnosis apparatus having an X-ray plane detector capable of removing the influence of a scattered X-ray by using a grid and also preventing a Moire image. An X-ray image transmitted through a target object is sensed by a plane detector in units of pixels which are two-dimensionally arranged at a predetermined pitch. A scattered X-ray incident on the plane detector is removed by a scattered ray removing grid having plate-like X-ray shielding members and arranged on an X-ray incident side of the plane detector. The X-ray shielding members are arranged such that an X-ray shielding pattern on the X-ray incident surface of the plane detector has a pitch corresponding to an integer fraction of the arrangement pitch of the pixels. When a steady positional relationship is kept between the pitch of the X-ray detection elements and the period of the fringe pattern of the X-ray which is shielded by the grid, a Moire image can be prevented.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus

A diagnostic X-ray apparatus includes an X-ray tube, an image intensifier for converting an X-ray image of an object under examination to an optical image, a solid state image sensor device for detecting the optical images produced by the image intensifier and converting the optical means into a series of video signals, a CCD driver generating field shift pulses for driving the solid state image sensor device at a predetermined rate, pulse width determining means for determining a pulse width of the X-ray pulses, and X-ray control means for controlling an emission period and timing of the X-ray pulse emitted from the X-ray tube. In the case that the solid state image sensor device performs interlaced scanning in a field storage mode, commencing with the second frame when the field shift pulse is generated by the CCD driver, the X-ray pulse continues to be emitted from the X-ray tube for a half of the pulse width determined by the pulse width determining means in the first frame. In case that the solid state image sensor device performs interlaced scanning in a frame storage mode, X-ray pulses having a pulse width determined by the pulse width determining means are emitted in the same field of each frame.

Diagnostic X-ray apparatus

A diagnostic apparatus for diagnosing the circulatory system of a patient, including an X-ray diagnostic system and an ultrasonic diagnostic system. The ultrasonic diagnostic system has an ultrasonic catheter for insertion into the circulatory systems of the patient and for scanning a circulatory organ with an ultrasonic wave to thereby an ultrasonic tomogram. A roadmap image is obtained prior to the ultrasonic diagnosis. When the ultrasonic catheter is inserted into the circulatory system of the patient, the X-ray diagnosis is performed to obtain a live image of the circulatory system which includes a picture of the catheter and is displayed overlapped on the roadmap image. The ultrasonic catheter is inserted into the circulatory system of the patient while the location of the catheter is monitored from the overlapped display of the live image and the roadmap image.

Diagnostic apparatus for circulatory systems

A high speed imaging apparatus capable of speeding up the imaging rate, without causing the lowering of the dynamic range of the image data. The imaging apparatus includes a first signal processing unit for dividing each channel of the image information signals outputted from the imaging element into a plurality of signal channels; a plurality of A/D converters, each of which is provided in correspondence to each one of the signal channels of the image information signals and converts the image signals of respective one of the signal channels into digital image signals; and a second signal processing unit for combining the digital image signals obtained by the A/D converters into a single channel of digital image signals representing the image to be taken.
