The adhesive composition comprises a polymer (vinyl chloride polymer and/or copolymer) in an amount of 100 parts by weight, a filler in an amount ranging from 50 to 250 parts by weight, a plasticizer in an amount ranging from 50 to 250 parts by weight, and phenolic resin as an adhesiveness providing agent, in an amount ranging from 0.5 to 20 parts by weight.
