To provide an electric-connector attachment structure of a battery pack for an electric vehicle, which can attach an electric connector to a battery pack even when the height of the battery pack for an electric-vehicle is set low, the electric-connector attachment structure includes: a battery packfor an electric vehicle including a trayof a box-like shape which accommodates a battery and has an opening on an upper side, and a coverof a box-like shape having an opening on a lower side, the trayand the coverbeing joined at a horizontal plane; and an electric connectorto which an electrical cableis connected. Electric connector attachment structure of battery pack for electric vehicle

A cable connecting structure of a battery pack, the battery pack which is provided in a vehicle, the cable connecting structure includes: a plurality of cable side connectors which are provided at ends of a plurality of cables, respectively, and which are connected to the battery pack; and a plurality of battery pack side connectors to which the cable side connectors are detachably mounted, and which are arranged in parallel along a peripheral direction of a peripheral wall of the battery pack. In a state where the cable side connectors are mounted to the battery pack side connectors, portions of the cables which are respectively withdrawn from the cable side connectors are extended along the peripheral wall.

Cable connecting structure of battery pack

A battery tray is fixed onto a front battery cross member lower and a rear battery cross member lower. The battery pack is mounted on the battery tray. The front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower come into contact with a deformable zone of the battery tray and the end face of each of battery cross member uppers at attachment portions. Space is created between the battery pack and the battery cross member uppers. The battery cross member uppers are welded so that a deformable zone having relatively low rigidity is formed. In this way, the front battery cross member lower and the rear battery cross member lower are fixed to a pair of side members through the battery cross member uppers.

Battery installation structure for electric vehicles

A battery casing for receiving a battery for driving an electric vehicle, including: a tray member made from a resin and supporting the battery; a support member provided under a lower face of the tray member and supporting the tray member from a bottom thereof; a standing wall provided so as to stand in the tray member; and a sheet metal tray member made from a sheet metal and placed on the tray member. The sheet metal tray member includes a plurality of sheet metal recesses that receive the battery and a sheet metal flange placed on an upper face of the standing wall. The standing wall includes a through hole formed through the standing wall in a standing direction of the standing wall. The support member and the sheet metal flange are fastened to the tray member by a sheet metal fastening member provided through the through hole.

Battery casing

A battery case comprises a tray member (), a cover member (), a first holding member () of a metal arranged to contact a tray flange () with its outer circumferential edge portion projecting outward from the tray flange by a predetermined length, a second holding member () of a metal arranged to contact a cover flange () with its outer circumferential edge portion projecting outward from the cover flange by a predetermined length, and a fastening means () fastening the first and second holding members together at a predetermined location outwardly away from the tray and cover flanges.

Automotive battery case

A battery unit comprises a battery case, and a plurality of battery modules stored and held in the battery case. The battery case includes a bottom wall and a partition. The plurality of battery modules are mounted on the bottom wall. The partition is provided and erected on the bottom wall. The partition separates the battery modules adjacent in a second direction traversing a first direction. The first direction is oriented from a first end of the battery case at which an inlet is formed to a second end at which an outlet is formed. The partition extends along a plane where the battery modules face each other in the second direction along the battery modules. The partition is inclined in the extending direction.

Battery unit

A structure for mounting a battery onto an electric vehicle comprises: a body member forming a body of the electric vehicle; a battery case containing a battery; a supporting member, which is projected outward from the battery case and is disposed under the body member, fixed to a bottom of said battery case; and a clash-proof block connecting between the battery case and the body member.

Structure for mounting batteries to electric vehicles

A battery unit is provided under a floor panel. The battery unit is arranged between a pair of right and left side members. The battery unit is provided with a battery case. The battery case includes a tray member and cover member. Electric components are contained in the battery case. Beam members made of metal are attached to the tray member. Both end portions of these beam members are supported by the side members. The tray member includes a resin and insert members made of metal provided inside the resin. The insert members include metal plates arranged on the front side and rear side of the electric components.

A structure for mounting a battery onto an electric vehicle comprises: a pair of first body members extending in a longitudinal direction of the electric vehicle; a second body member, which connects the pair of first body members, extending in transversal direction of the electric vehicle; a battery case, which contains a battery, disposed between the pair of first body members and rear of the second body member; a plurality of first supporting members, which connect between the pair of first body members, fixed on a bottom of the battery case; and a second supporting member connecting between one of the first supporting members, which is disposed in the forefront of the battery case.

Structure for mounting batteries onto electric vehicles

A battery case for containing therein battery modules includes a tray member, cover member, and seal member. The seal member is applied to a joint part between the tray member and cover member. Insert members made of metal are embedded in the resin of the tray member. Each of the insert members is provided with an embedded bolt a threaded part of which protrudes upward, and embedded nuts. The battery case is provided with first fastening sections and second fastening sections. In the first fastening section, a nut member is screwed onto the embedded bolt from above the cover member. In the second fastening section, a bolt member is screwed into the embedded nut from above the cover members.

Battery case for electric vehicle

A structure for mounting a battery onto an electric vehicle comprising: a body member, which is made from metal, forming a body of the electric vehicle a battery case, which is made from resin, containing the battery charging electric power for driving the electric vehicle; a framework member, which is made from metal, being embedded in the battery case; and a connecting member connecting between the framework member and the body member.

A battery unit comprises a bypass structure. The bypass structure includes a bypass exit opening formed at one end of a second direction traversing a first direction at a first end of the battery case, the first direction being oriented from the first end to a second end at which an outlet is formed, a bypass entrance opening formed in a central part of the battery case along the first direction and in a central part along the second direction, a bypass duct by which the bypass exit opening communicates with the bypass entrance opening, and a flow path which guides a cooling gas downstream of the bypass entrance opening to both sides of the second direction.

A battery unit mounted in an electric vehicle is provided with a battery case and a plurality of battery modules. The battery case includes a tray member on the lower side and a cover member on the upper side. The tray member is fixed to side members by a beam member extending in a width direction of a vehicle body. Each battery module is composed of a plurality of cells. Among all the cells contained in the battery case, at least those cells on the outer peripheral side which are located near a flank of the vehicle body are located on the tray member so that a lamination direction of cell elements is coincident with the width direction of the vehicle body.
