The present invention relates to improving precision in a gate-type moving device. The gate-type moving device includes: a base, a gate-type moving body that is placed on the base via an air layer and moves on the base in a non-contact state, and an air bearing that forms the air layer, wherein the gate-type moving body is comprised of two leg parts that stand on an upper surface of the base, a beam portion that connects the leg parts, and a beam-direction moving body that moves along the beam portion, the air bearing is provided at a rear surface of at least one of the leg parts, and comprises an air blowout port that opens toward an upper surface of the base and an air suction port that opens toward the upper surface of the base, and the air suction port sucks air around the air suction port.

Gate-type moving device and three-dimensional measuring machine

A translation movement device includes a guide, a long slider guided by the guide, and a belt driver displacing the slider; and the belt driver includes an open belt arranged parallel to the slider, a drive pulley for the open belt, and a tension bar arranged parallel to the open belt; and the tension bar is connected to the long slider at a middle position between two belt holders that hold respective end portions of the open belt.

Translation movement device employing belt drive

A coordinate measurement machine includes a column that can move relative to a placement surface on which a workpiece is placed, a guide part that is provided on the placement surface, the guide part guiding the column, a scale of a linear encoder that is supported on a side surface of the guide part, and detectors that are provided on the column, the detectors detecting a relative displacement with respect to the scale. The detectors detect a displacement of the column in each of a moving direction and a vertical direction. A coordinate measurement machine further includes a deformation amount acquisition part that acquires an amount of deformation of the guide part relative to the scale on the basis of detection results of the detectors.

Industrial machine

A three-dimensional measuring machine (industrial machine) includes an air supplier supplying air; a drive mechanism driven by the air supplied from the air supplier; an electromagnetic valve provided inside an air regulator set to open and close an air supply passage inside the air regulator set, the air regulator set introducing the air from the air supplier to the drive mechanism; and a motion controller controlling the electromagnetic valve to block the air supply passage when a time since the drive mechanism stopped operation reaches a preset time.

A coordinate measuring machine (industrial machine) includes: a column and a support that extend along the Z-axis; a beam being provided between the column and the support; a slider being movable on the beam; a ram being held on the slider movably along the Z-axis direction; a temperature detecting sensor and a temperature detector that detect the respective temperatures of the column, the support and the ram; and a shift amount calculator that calculates a Z-axis shift amount based on the respective temperatures of the column, the support and the ram, reference position data indicating a positional relationship between the column, the support and the ram at a reference temperature, and respective thermal expansion coefficients for the column, the support and the ram.

A traction drive power transmission device, where a lubrication oil can be stably and continuously applied for a long period to portions at which rollers and a shaft are in contact with each other, shortage of the lubrication oil does not occur at the contact portions, the lubrication oil is not wasted, and which does not impair work environment by contaminating floor surface etc. A traction drive power transmission device has at least one drive roller (), a follower roller (), and a circular cylinder-like shaft (). When the drive roller () is rotated, rotational force by the rotation is transmitted to the shaft () to drive it in its axial direction. The device has a lubrication oil-delivering portion () with application bodies (--) for applying a lubrication oil only to portions where the shaft () is in contact with the drive roller () and the follower roller ().

Traction drive power transmission device

A slider device includes a base (), a running head () slidably provided on the base (), a main guide mechanism () for guiding in a first direction in which the running head () runs, and sub-guide mechanism () allowing displacement to a second direction different from the first direction. The main guide mechanism () includes two main rails () provided on the base () substantially parallel to each other along the first direction, and main sliders () sliding on the main rails (). The sub-guide mechanism () includes a sub-rail () provided on the main slider () along the second direction, and a sub-slider () sliding on the sub-rail ().

A mount table having a mount surface on which a workpiece as an object to be measured or worked includes a support unit for supporting the mount table so as to be floated from a surface plate so that the mount table can freely move or rotate on the surface plate finished to be plane or fixing and supporting the mount table on the surface plate and a plurality of artifact for measuring a plurality of attitudes on the mount table to detect the positions and rotations of the mount table in respective attitudes.

Mount table, surface texture measuring machine and surface texture measuring method

A measuring machine includes a probe mounting portion, a probe mounted on the probe mounting portion, for contacting a measuring surface of a workpiece, and a detector for detecting an amount of displacement of the probe as the probe moves in contact with the measuring surface of the workpiece. A cleaning device is provided at the probe mounting portion, with a nozzle for ejecting gas upon the measuring surface of the workpiece when the probe is positioned close to the measuring surface. A rotative driving device is provided for rotatively driving the cleaning device about the probe.
