The second layer is composed of a rubber composition including a rubber component, first fine particles for providing a surface with irregularity, and second fine particles for shielding UV-C light. When performing Raman mapping analysis on a first peak derived from oscillation of the second fine particles in Raman scattering spectrum obtained by Raman scattering measurement of the second layer, the second layer includes a region where an intensity of the first peak is greater in an area where the first fine particles are not present than an area where the first fine particles are present.

The static friction coefficient of a surface of the coating film is smaller than the static friction coefficient of a surface of the sheath. The adhesion strength between the sheath and the coating film is 0.30 MPa or more.

An insulated wire includes a conductor, a flame-retardant inner layer that is provided around the conductor and includes a metal hydroxide, and a water ingress prevention layer provided around the flame-retardant inner layer. The insulated wire may further include a flame-retardant outer layer provided around the water ingress prevention layer.

A cable includes a silicone rubber coating including microparticles and cavities as an outermost coating. A medial hollow tube includes a silicone rubber coating including microparticles and cavities as an outermost coating or an innermost coating. The microparticles may have hardness higher than a hardness of silicone rubber constituting the silicone rubber coating.
