A system for detecting deflated tires by making a relative comparison among rotation speeds of tires attached to a vehicle. The system includes a rotation speed information detection means for detecting rotation speed information of the tires; a rotation speed calculation means for calculating rotation speeds of the tires; and a determination means for determining deflated tires by comparing a decreased pressure determination value using the calculated rotation speeds with a predetermined threshold value. The determination means determines that the vehicle is going straight when it is found, with regard to factors composed of a lateral G, a yaw rate, and a steering angle of the vehicle, at least two of the factors including the yaw rate show that a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value at a predetermined time is lower than a predetermined value, thereby detecting deflated tires.

System, method, and program for detecting deflated tires

An apparatus for detecting a decrease in tire pressure based on a resonance frequency of a tire installed in a vehicle includes rotation information detection means for detecting rotation information of the tire, resonance frequency estimate means for estimating the resonance frequency of the tire from the rotation information of the tire, and judgment means for judging the decrease in the tire pressure by comparison between the resonance frequency estimated by the resonance frequency estimate means and a reference frequency preliminarily determined by learning at the time of initialization. An effective speed region when the reference frequency is determined at the time of the initialization is a first speed or less. The apparatus further includes effective speed region change means for extending an upper limit of the effective speed region to a second speed which is larger than the first speed at the time of shifting.

Tire pressure decrease detection apparatus, method, and computer readable medium therefor

A wrong operation detection device is disclosed for monitoring whether or not a calibration start for determining an initial deflation index is issued in a tire pressure unadjusted state after a deflation warning in a tire pressure monitoring system for detection of deflation of a tire. The device includes comparison means for comparing a first deflation index serving as a deflation index at any time point in a period from issue of the deflation warning to vehicle stop after the issue of the warning, with a second deflation index serving as a deflation index obtained after the calibration start; detection means for detection of wrong operation of a reset button based on a comparison result by the comparison means; and warning means for issuing a warning when the detection means detects the wrong operation.

Wrong operation detection device, method, and program in tire pressure monitoring system

A system detects deflated tires based on a resonance frequency of tires with a vehicle and a relative comparison value of rotation speeds of the tires. The system includes: a rotation information detection means for detecting rotation information of the tires; a rotation speed calculation means for calculating rotation speeds of the tires; a resonance frequency assumption means for assuming a resonance frequency of the tires; and a determination means for detection of deflated tires using a decreased pressure determination index calculated by a relative comparison of the rotation speeds of the tires and the resonance frequency. The determination means is so configured as to reduce the second threshold to be compared with the decreased pressure determination index to a value equal to or higher than 1% and equal to or lower than 90% and to detect deflated tires when the decreased pressure determination index exceeds the reduced threshold.

The present invention provides a solid golf ball which gives a superior shot feeling to the golfer and exhibits stabilized repulsion performance when it is hit at any head speed. A solid golf ball having a polyurethane cover and containing satisfactory formability and ball properties. The golf ball provides good shot feel, controllability, and resilience by adjusting the hardness and the thickness of the polyurethane cover, and the hardness of the entire golf bal. The formability of the polyurethane cover is improved by controlling the amount of residual isocyanate monomer contained in the isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer.

The present invention relates to a multi-piece solid golf ball comprising core composed of inner core , middle core , and outer core and at least one layer of cover , wherein the above-mentioned inner core has a JIS-C hardness of 63 to 83, the above-mentioned outer core has a JIS-C hardness of 63 to 83, the JIS-C hardness of the above-mentioned inner core is greater than the JIS-C hardness of the above-mentioned middle core by 4 to 40, the JIS-C hardness of the above-mentioned outer core is greater than the JIS-C hardness of the above-mentioned middle core by only 4 to 40, each of the above-mentioned core layers are composed of a vulcanized molded article of a rubber composition containing base rubber, co-crosslinking agent, organic peroxide, and when necessary organic sulfide compound, and the two formulas, 0&lE;H /H <1 and 0&lE;H /H <1 are satisfied when the amounts of organic sulfide that is added to each of the above-mentioned core layers are H , H , and H , respectively, in terms of parts by weight.

The present invention provides a solid golf ball having exceptional rebound characteristics and flight performance, as well as good shot feel. The present invention relates to a solid golf ball comprising at least one layer of a core, and at least one layer of a cover formed on the core, wherein at least one of the layers of the core is formed by vulcanizing and press-molding a rubber composition comprising a base rubber, co-crosslinking agent, organic peroxide, filler and specific organic sulfur compound which contains substituent groups having a substituent constant of not less than 1.42.

A core is enveloped by a cover with trans 1,4-polyisoprene as the main component, including a super accelerator formed of dithiocarbamate and/or xanthate, and vulcanized at a temperature lower than the melting point of trans 1,4-polyisoprene to provide a golf ball having high impact resilience and spinning performance. Also, a core is enveloped by an inner layer cover having trans 1,4-polyisoprene as the main component, including a super accelerator formed of dithiocarbamate and/or xanthate, and the inner layer cover is surrounded by an outer layer cover with trans 1,4-polyisoprene as the main component, including a super accelerator of an amount larger than that in the inner layer cover to provide a golf ball having high impact resilience and spinning performance, and whose cover material is sufficiently anchored.
