An information processing device includes: an obtainer that obtains a ranking score assigned to each of a plurality of items of target broadcast content; a preference outputter that outputs preference information based on a viewing history of one or more items of broadcast content viewed by a user, the preference information being related to a preference of the user for each of the one or more items of broadcast content; an evaluator that assigns a preference score to each of the plurality of items of target broadcast content; and an order outputter that outputs order information based on the ranking score and the preference score, the order information being related to an order of the plurality of items of target broadcast content arranged according to the preference of the user.

The present invention provides a recording/reproducing device which shortens time required for dubbing, when a user performs the dubbing of program data. The recording/reproducing device of the present invention is a recording/reproducing device which records and reproduces information, including: a tuner control unitwhich obtains first information; a recording/reproduction control unitwhich records, in an HDD, the first information obtained by the tuner control unit, and records, in an optical disc held in the optical disc drive, second information which is information having the same content as the first information; a CPUwhich invalidates the second information; and a user input control unitwhich receives an instruction requesting the first information recorded in the HDDto be recorded in the optical disc. In the case where the user input control unitreceives the instruction, the CPUvalidates the invalidated second information.
