A personal watercraft includes a hull; a deck disposed on the hull, the deck including a pedestal; a straddle seat on the pedestal; a motor disposed between the hull and the deck; a propulsion system operatively connected to the motor; and at least one speaker assembly disposed at a forward portion of one of the left and right foot-wells. The speaker assembly includes a housing defining a bass port, and a water resistant speaker driver. The speaker driver includes a basket a plurality of apertures, the plurality of apertures being disposed in the interior of the housing, a cone supported by the basket, a surface of the cone fluidly communicating with air surrounding the basket via the plurality of apertures, a dust cap connected to the cone, a suspension element connected to the cone and the basket, and a water resistant voice coil assembly operatively connected to the cone.

Personal watercraft with a speaker assembly

A personal watercraft has a hull having an exhaust aperture and a longitudinal centerline, a deck disposed on the hull, a straddle seat, an engine, a driveshaft operatively connected to the engine and extending rearwardly thereof, a jet propulsion system operatively connected to the driveshaft, an exhaust manifold connected to a lateral side on the engine on a first side of the longitudinal centerline, the exhaust manifold having a manifold outlet, a muffler disposed generally transversely and rearwardly of the engine, the muffler having a muffler inlet on the first side of the longitudinal axis and a muffler outlet, a first exhaust pipe connected to the manifold outlet and to the muffler inlet, and a second exhaust pipe connected to the muffler outlet and to the exhaust aperture. The second exhaust pipe extends upwardly and rearwardly from the muffler outlet, then downwardly and rearwardly to the exhaust aperture.

Personal watercraft exhaust system

A watercraft includes a hull having an inside and an outside surface. A deck is disposed on the hull. The deck and the hull define an engine compartment. A power pack is disposed in the engine compartment. A propulsion unit is operatively connected to the power pack. At least one elongated member is disposed on the outside surface of the hull. The at least one elongated member is disposed at least in part forwardly of the propulsion unit. At least one connector joining a portion of the power pack to the at least one elongated member, the at least one connector extending through the hull. A member adapted to be disposed on an outside surface of a hull of the watercraft is also presented.

Watercraft hull member

A personal watercraft is disclosed, having a straddle-type seat disposed on a deck. The seat has a seat profile. A storage compartment is disposed rearwardly of the seat. A rear platform is pivotally connected to a rear portion of the watercraft. The rear portion has a raised portion protruding therefrom. The raised portion of the rear portion forms at least in part the storage compartment. The rear platform permits access to the storage compartment when in a raised position, and sealingly closes the storage compartment when in a lowered position. A highest point of the rear platform is disposed lower than the seat profile when the rear platform is in the lowered position.

Personal watercraft with pivotable platform

A personal watercraft is disclosed, having a straddle-type seat disposed on a deck. The seat has a seat profile. A storage compartment is disposed rearwardly of the seat. A rear platform is pivotally connected to a rear portion of the watercraft. The rear platform is pivotable between a raised position and a lowered position. The rear platform permits access to the storage compartment when in the raised position, and sealingly closes the storage compartment when in the lowered position. The rear platform is lower than the seat profile when the rear platform is in the lowered position. A personal watercraft having left and right storage compartments and a rear channel defined therebetween, in which the rear platform extends laterally above the rear channel when in the lowered position is also disclosed. A personal watercraft with a rear platform having heel rests with angled portions is also disclosed.

A watercraft drain assembly has a tubular drain body having a first end and a second end, at least one inlet opening disposed on the drain body for allowing water to enter the drain body, a first outlet opening disposed at the first end of the drain body for allowing water to exit the drain body, a drain plug for selectively plugging the first outlet opening, and a second outlet opening disposed on the drain body for allowing water to exit the drain body. A watercraft incorporating the watercraft drain assembly is also disclosed.
