The invention relates to an electrical machine () comprising a rotor () which is rotatably mounted around a rotation axis () extending in the axial direction () in bearing devices (), a stator () having two axial ends, an air gap between rotor and stator, an interior chamber () encompassing the stator () and rotor (), a sleeve () encompassing a first part () which encloses the interior chamber (), a frame () having a first () and a second () longitudinal support (), a first () and a second () cross-support, and a dividing device () on the frame (). The stator () comprises a fastening device () for connection to the frame () and the dividing device () can make the interior chamber accessible from the outside in a plane parallel to the frame (). The invention further relates to a collection, to a frame (), to a sleeve (), or to a service or production method of such an electrical machine ().

Electrical machine having a frame and sleeve

A stator for a rotating electric machine includes a laminate stack having a plurality of slots open towards an air gap between the stator and a rotor of the electric machine. A winding includes coils which have turns that pass through the slots of the laminate stack. The turns of the coils are electrically insulated the within the slots from each other and from the laminate stack by a ceramic material.

Stator of an electric machine and production thereof

An electric machine includes a housing having an air inlet opening near a front or rear end of the housing for aspirating air, and an air outlet opening for expelling air. The housing accommodates a stator, and a rotor is mounted in the housing for rotation about an axis of rotation. Mounted on a side of the housing in parallel relation to the axis of rotation is a hood-like attachment to cover the air inlet and outlet openings so that air expelled from the housing through the air outlet opening is fed back to the air inlet opening. Disposed in the stator are pipes for flow of a liquid cooling medium to directly cool the stator during operation. At least some of the pipes project beyond the stator toward the front and rear ends, so that during operation heat is removed by the pipes from air flowing in the housing.

Electric machine with combined air and water cooling

An electric machine includes a housing which accommodates a stator and a rotor rotationally supported about an axis of rotation, and has a front/rear air inlet opening on a top face and an air outlet opening therebetween. A front/rear air conveying element draws into the air inlet openings air which is discharged from the air outlet opening during operation. A cooler is mounted on the top face of the housing, covering the air inlet openings and the air outlet opening in a hood-like manner, such that discharged air is fed back to the air inlet openings. The cooler has a front/rear partition arranged between the air outlet opening and the corresponding air inlet opening and extending upward from the top face. Air guiding elements are arranged in the housing and/or in the cooler for feeding discharged air at least partially to the respective other air inlet opening.

Electric machine

An electrically rotating machine, includes a rotor and a stator, the rotor and/or the stator including a laminated core, with an air gap being formed between the rotor and the stator, said rotor having axially and radially extending cooling paths in flow communication with each other and in flow communication with radially extending cooling paths of the stator via the air gap, wherein the radially extending cooling paths of the stator are respectively axially aligned with the radially extending cooling paths of the rotor; at least one fan for conducting an air flow through the axially and radially extending cooling paths of the rotor, the air gap and the cooling paths of the stator, wherein the air gap has at least one constriction defined by sheets of the laminated core of the rotor having an outer radius greater than remaining ones of the sheets of the laminated core of the rotor and/or by sheets of the laminated core of the stator having a smaller inner radius than remaining ones of the sheets of the laminated core of the stator.

Electrically rotating machine

An electric machine has a housing, a rotor shaft mounted in the housing, a rotor laminate stack arranged on the rotor shaft and having axial cooling channels and radial cooling channels, and a stator laminate stack having radial cooling channels which are open radially inwards and radially outwards and interact with the radial cooling channels of the rotor laminate stack. The housing has a lateral surface to delimit the housing interior in a radial direction and radial dividers arranged between end windings of the stator winding and the axial ribs, when viewed in the radial direction, and are spaced in the radial direction from the lateral surface delimiting the housing interior and forming tangential cooling air channels for the cooling air.

Electric machine having radial dividers for guiding cooling air

An electric machine has a stator and a rotor arranged on a rotor shaft for rotation about a shaft axis, wherein the shaft axis defines an axial, a radial and a tangential direction. The rotor has at least one continuous axial rotor channel. The stator has a lamination stack extending over the rotor viewed in the axial direction. The lamination stack completely surrounds the rotor, forming a closed inner rotor chamber and has at least one axial stator channel running continuously in the axial direction and that is completely closed when viewed on the sectional plane. The electric machine has covers which are designed to form in conjunction with the lamination stack at least one radial channel running in the radial direction. The radial channels connect the axial stator channel(s) to the inner rotor chamber by means of a fluid connection but are otherwise closed.

Electric machine with a high protection class with improved rotor cooling

A housing attachment for an electric machine is constructed in compliance with protection class IP 23 and includes a first projected edge disposed at a first border wall such that water located in the middle section at the first border wall drips off no later than at the first projected edge and is led directly or indirectly to the first air inlet opening. Proximate to the first air inlet opening are first laminates which deflect incoming air flowing into the feed air channel to a second edge area. Proximate to the second air outlet opening are second laminates that impart to the flow direction of the outgoing air leaving the outlet air channel a component directed to the top of the electric machine. Third laminates are disposed in an end area of the outlet air channel to deflect the outlet air flowing in the outlet air channel away from the top of the electric machine.

Housing attachment for an electrical machine to ingress protection class IP 24W

The invention relates to an electrical machine with an internally cooled rotor. In order to improve the cooling power of such a machine without the use of a fan wheel fitted separately on the rotor, the invention proposes an electrical machine with a stator laminate stack and a rotor in a housing, which electrical machine has an internal cooling circuit comprising rotor cooling channels, which pass axially through the rotor and are arranged on two concentric circles, in which internal cooling circuit a gaseous coolant can be circulated, wherein fan vanes and a first means for guiding the coolant from the rotor cooling channels on one of the two concentric circles via a winding head to the rotor cooling channels on the other of the two concentric circles are provided in the case of the machine on a first rotor end side. As a result, particularly those regions are cooled optimally in which the dissipation of lost heat is problematic.
