Efficient DC link processing within a PFC circuit arrangement

An analog circuit arrangement () to variably set a voltage U, within defined voltage limits, has a non-inverting adder () with a positive input (). A voltage divider (), with at least a first stage () and a second stage (), is connected to the positive input () of the adder (). At least one stage has a parallel circuit of n resistors (R, R, . . . , Rn) that are each connected in series in a conduction path (L, L, . . . , Ln) to an overcurrent protection device (F, F, . . . , Fn). At least one device () actively changes one or more of the overcurrent protection devices (F, F, . . . , Fn) into a state that interrupts the respective affected conduction path (L, L, . . . , Ln).

Analogue voltage programming

An electrical machine including a stator, a rotor and a bearing arrangement having a first bearing and a second bearing on opposite sides of the stator as well as a shielding arrangement comprising a first shielding unit and a second shielding unit. The rotor is rotatably supported around a rotation axis by means of bearings. The shielding units are electrically conductive and comprise a ring part in each case that extends originating from a radial inner end to a radial outer end away from the rotation axis. Preferably each shielding unit has a circumferential part on its radial outer end that extends in a continuous ring-shaped manner around rotation axis and is arranged in overlapping manner with the adjacent axial end of stator winding in axial direction. The circumferential parts are preferably completely closed, whereas the ring parts can comprise through holes.

The invention relates to a method for the closed-loop and open-loop control of two or more EC motors operated using a common converter, wherein for the purpose of setting the operating point of the EC motors, common open-loop or closed-loop control using at least one controller is provided, wherein a combination of at least two control options is provided and in this case a controlled variable regulates the voltage setting at the output of the converter such that the two or more EC motors follow an intended sequence of operating points in a stable manner.

Multi-motor operation

Apparatus for avoiding harmful bearing currents

An electronic circuit comprises at least one semiconductor switch mounted with its switching path in series with an inductive load to be triggered, and at least one freewheeling element that interacts with the semiconductor switch during switching phases and is also mounted in series with the load. A control unit controls a control connection of the semiconductor switch with a variable control current as a function of the time profile of a voltage measured at the freewheeling element and/or as a function of the time profile of the voltage measured at the switching path. A method for triggering a semiconductor switch of such a circuit, triggered by a variable control current for switching, the control current predefined as a function of the time profile of a voltage measured at the freewheeling element and/or as a function of the time profile of the voltage measured at the switching path.
