The stirring device, in particular for a fluid-mixing bioreactor, comprises a drive shaft including a rod, an agitating element and a sleeve of tubular shape. The sleeve forms a coupling sleeve receiving the shaft therethrough and is directly rotationally coupled to the rod. The agitating element, which has a hub with an annular side wall delimiting an inner space and an impeller assembly comprising blades, is indirectly rotationally coupled to the rod via the sleeve that is engaged in the inner space. One of an inner surface of the wall and an outer surface of the sleeve is a guiding surface with progressively reduced cross section. Axial movement between the hub and the sleeve is prevented in a locked configuration of a sleeve fastening arrangement. Hub-sleeve contact areas can be axially distributed.

A connection device has a line portion having, at its end, a radially outwardly projecting abutment flange for abutting against a corresponding abutment flange of a further line portion which is to be coupled to the line portion, and a ring-segment chain comprising a plurality of ring segments connected to one another in a pivotable manner in a common ring plane, wherein the ring-segment ends which form the chain ends can be latched to one another to give a ring-form connection clamp. The line portion is designed in the form of a tubular connection stub with first thread means spaced apart axially from the abutment surface of its abutment flange and in that each ring segment has a radially inwardly projecting clamping flange and second thread means, which are spaced apart axially from said clamping flange and correspond to the first thread means.

Connection device

The invention relates to an annular connection clamp with a first clamping flange () which protrudes radially inwards and with an axial counter bearing () which is spaced from the clamping flange and which is made of a first and a second half-ring segment (), each half-ring segment having a first and a second segment end. The first segment end of the first half-ring segment () has latching means () of a first type, and the second segment end of the second half-ring segment has corresponding latching means () of a second type, said latching means being pushed into each other in a tangential direction, thereby being latchable together. The second segment end of the half-ring segment () has latching means () of a second type, and the first segment end of the second half-ring segment () has latching means () of a first type, said latching means being pushed into each other in a tangential direction, thereby being latchable together.

Half-ring segment, connection clamp, and connection device

The invention relates to a pinch valve comprising a valve element () with precisely one flow channel () that is surrounded by a circumferential wall () and has an inlet opening (), which is designed for connecting a connection member () or which adjoins a connection element (), at a first end and an outlet opening (), which is designed for connecting a connection member () or adjoins a connection element (), at a second end. The valve element () additionally has a pair of force transmitting elements (') or a force transmitting element () and a fixing element () which are connected to the circumferential wall () in a central closing region () that is arranged between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The force transmitting elements (&#x2032;) or the force transmitting element () and the fixing element () are arranged at least substantially perpendicularly to the flow direction of the flow channel (). The circumferential wall () consists of an elastic material such that the force transmitting elements (&#x2032;), or the force transmitting element () and the fixing element (), can be moved towards each other under the effect of a pressure or tensile force perpendicularly to the flow direction of the flow channel (). In the absence of a pressure or tensile force acting on a force transmitting element (&#x2032;), the circumferential wall () has a cross-section which differs from a circle in the central closing region (). In the cross-section, the circumferential wall () surrounds a flow channel () surface area which is constant at least substantially over the entire valve element (). Thus, the average flow speed is at least substantially uniform at all positions along the valve element ().

Pinch valve with linear sections

The invention relates to a connection device comprising &#x2014;a line portion () having, at its end, a radially outwardly projecting abutment flange () for butting against a corresponding abutment flange of a further line portion which is to be coupled to the line portion (), and&#x2014;a ring-segment chain () comprising a plurality of ring segments () connected to one another in a pivotable manner in a common ring plane, wherein the ring-segment ends which formed the chain ends can be latched to one another to give a ring-form connection clamp (). The invention is distinguished in that the line portion is designed in the form of a tubular connection stub () with first thread means () spaced apart axially from the abutment surface () of its abutment flange (), and in that each ring segment () has a radially inwardly projecting clamping flange () and second thread means (), which are spaced apart axially from said clamping flange and correspond with the first thread means ().

Disclosed is a connection system for releasably coupling a first body () with a flange () to a fluid-conducting system in a force-fitting manner, and the invention also relates to a connection system for releasably coupling the interior of a first fluid-conducting body () to the interior of a second fluid-conducting body () in a force-fitting manner. The second body () has a second end with a circumferential wall (), a membrane contact portion () which can be found on the wall, and an opening (). A retaining element () has a passage () and a peripheral outer edge (). One side and/or the passage () of the retaining element () is coupled to the membrane (), and an annular wall () is arranged on the same side, said annular wall being connected to the circumferential wall () of the second body (). The other side is designed to contact the surface of the flange () of the first body (). The retaining element () can also be integrated into the second body () when the first body () is fluid-conductive. The releasable connection element () is designed to at least partly surround the peripheral outer edge () of the retaining element () and the flange () of the first body ().

Connection system

A purification device for water has a housing with a longitudinal axis, an upper and a lower end and a substantially round cross section. The device includes a first receptacle, arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, for a first purification medium, and a second receptacle, which is also arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, for a second purification medium. The receptacle for the second purification medium is arranged eccentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the housing.

Purification device and purification method for water utilizing filter cartridges

A connecting structure connects a filter housing to a filter housing retaining structure. The connecting structure conducts a liquid that is to be cleaned to the filter housing and discharges a purified liquid. The connecting structure includes a filter housing cover that connects to the filter housing and that receives a filter medium. The filter housing cover has attachment elements that connect to corresponding attachment elements of the filter housing retaining structure to establish an exchange of fluids between the filter housing retaining structure and the filter housing. Filter housing cover guides are on opposing sides of the filter housing cover; and guides on the filter housing retaining structure engage the filter housing cover guides when connecting the attachment elements of the filter housing cover with the attachment elements of the filter housing retaining structure to support and linearly guide the filter housing cover during the connection process.

A method for implementing a channel () includes providing a preform () having a recess () therein and heating a channel implementation element (') to a temperature greater than a melting temperature of a material of the preform (). An external contour of the channel implementation element (&#x2032;) at least regionally corresponds to an internal contour of the channel () to be implemented. The method then moves the heated channel implementation and/or the preform () in relation to one another so that the heated channel implementation element () at least regionally moves into the recess () in a moving-in direction. The material of the preform () is at least partially melted in a region around the recess () and is at least partially displaced by the channel implementation element (&#x2032;), wherein at least a part of the channel () to be implemented is thus implemented.

The present invention relates to a device for installation into a hose and/or plastic pipe system and mounting of flow measurement sensors which comprises a plastic flow part as a hollow body with a centrally arranged and deformable region with a rectangular cross section. The present invention further relates to the use of the abovementioned device as well as to a method of flow measurement using the device.
