Described and disclosed is a foundation structure of an offshore structure, in particular of a wind turbine, with a floating foundation, including at least one floating body for floating on the surface of the sea, at least one anchor for anchoring the at least one floating body the seafloor and at least one holding element for holding the at least one floating body to the at least one anchor. At least one transmission cable extends from the at least one anchor along the at least one holding element to the at least one floating body and/or back. To enable a reliable monitoring of the anchoring of the offshore structure, provision is made for the transmission cable to be guided in sections through at least one protection element provided between the holding element and the at least one anchor and/or the at least one floating body.

An anchor rope system for an offshore device for fixing an offshore device to a subsea floor. The anchor rope system includes at least one anchor rope surrounded by at least one sheathing. The anchor rope system includes at least one condition sensor formed by at least one fiber optic cable.

In particular, the invention relates to a system for regulating the temperature of a cable which is laid at least partly in a body of water and on land, said system including: means for collecting water on the land-side such that water can be collected into said means and can be dispensed out of said means; means for controlling a quantity of water such that a quantity of water flowing out of the means for collecting water on the land-side or flowing into said means from the body of water can be controlled; and means for cooling a cable, said means surrounding the cable in the form of a sleeve in at least one section of the means for collecting water on the land-side up to a body of water, wherein a cavity through which the water flows in order to cool the cable is formed between the cable and the means for cooling the cable. A wind turbine, in particular an offshore wind turbine includes at least one hollow structural element, at least one cable inlet arranged in a bottom region of the hollow structural element. A first platform is arranged inside the hollow structural element, above the bottom region. At least one flow opening is arranged in the shell surface of the hollow structural element and penetrating the shell surface. At least one active control element is flow-connected to the flow opening to affect a media exchange between the interior of the hollow structural element and the exterior of the hollow structural element.

The plug includes at least one fiber optic cable arranged in the housing as a temperature sensor of a temperature measuring arrangement.
