An oscillating conveyor comprising an oscillating rail, at least one electromagnet with a coil, and an armature connected to the oscillating rail, which armature can be moved by activation of the coil to generate an oscillation of the oscillating rail, wherein the coil is part of an oscillator circuit, wherein the oscillator frequency of the oscillator signal of the oscillator circuit depends on the inductance of the coil, which is influenced by the position of the armature relative to the coil, wherein the oscillating conveyor comprises a feedback circuit, which drives the coil by means of a control signal which maps the change over time in the frequency of the oscillator.

A sensor device which is used to provide a control device with at least one operating parameter of an oscillating conveyor, the control device being used to control a drive device for exciting oscillation of an oscillating rail on the basis of the operating parameter, the sensor device including at least one sensor element for recording the operating parameter or at least one measured value from which the operating parameter can be determined, the sensor device including at least one communication device for wirelessly transmitting the operating parameter to the control device and an energy supply device for supplying the sensor device with operating energy, the energy supply device being used to convert a vibration generated by the drive device and/or electromagnetic radiation into the operating energy.

Sensor device for providing at least one operating parameter of an oscillating conveyor, and oscillating conveyor

An oscillating conveyor including an oscillating rail, on which goods can be conveyed in the direction of a first position on the oscillating rail by oscillation of the oscillating rail, and also including at least one excitation element for exciting the oscillation. The excitation element is an ultrasonic transducer which is coupled to the oscillating rail at the first position and via which the oscillating rail can be excited into oscillating at the first position in dependence on a control signal supplied by a control device. The oscillating conveyor has at least one damping element and/or the oscillating rail itself is formed from an oscillation-damping material so that the oscillation amplitude decreases along the oscillating rail as the distance from the first position increases.

Oscillating conveyor

A piezo actuator includes an actuator body with a plurality of piezo elements and a tensioning device loading the actuator body with a bias. The tensioning device includes a traction device mounted as a biased winding on the actuator body in a plurality of turns around the actuator body. The traction device is at least one of resilient or flexible.
