In a method for spatially arranging at least one sensor array in a measuring channel, a predetermined desired geometry of the measuring channel is provided; a desired sensor-array arrangement associated with the desired geometry of the measuring channel is provided, where the sensor-array arrangement includes spatially-defined positioning parameters and orienting parameters in regard to the sensor components; an actual geometry of the measuring channel is captured; it is determined if a positioning parameter or an orienting parameter is outside of an admissible value range in relation to the actual geometry of the measuring channel, and the at least two sensor components of the sensor array are arranged in the measuring channel according to a most-current desired-sensor-array arrangement.

An electric actuator for a final controlling device having a safety actuator function for positioning an actuating element, (e.g. a valve element of, for example, a process-technical plant). The electric actuator can include an electric motor configured to provide a torque for actuating the actuating element. The electric motor can include a motor shaft configured to deliver the torque, an output shaft configured to transmit the torque from the electric motor to the actuating element, and an electromagnetic and/or currentlessly uncoupling coupling (e.g. electromagnetic and/or currentlessly uncoupling clutch) configured to provide and/or interrupt a torque-transmitting connection between the motor shaft and the output shaft. The output shaft, the motor shaft and the coupling can be arranged coaxially to one another.

The invention relates to a control valve () for a process plant, comprising an actuator () which is connected to, and spaced from, a valve body () of a valve unit () via a yoke (), the valve body () having a housing flange () which is detachably connected to the yoke (), with the valve body () having an inlet () and an outlet () adapted to allow the flow of a process fluid therethrough, which inlet () and outlet () are each arranged in a fluid connection region (), and with an actuating member adapted to be displaced by the actuator () for controlling the flow rate of the process fluid being arranged in the passage () from the inlet () to the outlet (). The invention is characterized in that the housing flange () connected to the yoke () has at least one recess () as well as a yoke fastening region (), with the yoke fastening region () being formed as a bolt hole circle () with radially arranged connecting holes ().

Control valve for a process plant

In a fluid-operated drive for a field device, the drive being designed to set a control valve of the field device, a fluidically operated basic drive is provided with a basic working chamber loaded fluidically and delimited by a basic drive housing part and by a basic actuating piston guided in the basic drive housing part. At least one supplementary drive is provided with a supplementary working chamber loaded fluidically and delimited by a supplementary drive housing part. The basic drive housing part and the supplementary drive housing part are displaceable in one another in accordance with a piston and chamber arrangement so that a volume of the supplementary chamber changes in the event of a relative movement of the drive housing parts.
