A magnet valve coil unit includes a magnet coil and a circuit board connected thereto, encased by a molding material. An LED on the circuit board signals a switching status of the magnet coil. The LED is surrounded by the molding material at least in part. A light guide element is arranged in contact with the LED such that it directs light radiated from the LED to an external surface of the magnet valve coil unit. The magnet valve coil unit is manufactured by applying a deformable, transparent mass on the LED of a pre-assembled component containing the magnet coil and the circuit board on which the LED is arranged, and placing the pre-assembled component in a tool mold. The light guide element is arranged to be in contact with the transparent mass, and the pre-assembled component is encased with a molding material.

Magnet valve coil unit for a magnet valve and method of manufacturing a magnet valve coil unit

A valve device includes a valve having an electrodynamic actuator. The electrodynamic actuator includes a movably mounted control element having a coil and a magnet arrangement immovable relative to the coil. A driving force caused by energization of the coil and transmitted to the control element substantially is linearly dependent on the current intensity. A front-end electronic unit is connected with the coil and includes a capacitor connected in parallel to the coil. A method for controlling a valve as mentioned above provides that, upon actuation of the electrodynamic actuator, during energization of the coil by a voltage source, a capacitor connected in parallel to the coil is charged. After termination of the energization by the voltage source, the coil is energized further by a discharge of the capacitor.

An electromagnetic lifting armature actuator, in particular for valves, comprises an armature rod which can be shifted in the direction of its longitudinal axis, and a magnetic yoke comprising a first yoke leg and a second yoke leg which is coaxial to the armature rod. A first magnet coil encloses the first yoke leg and a second magnet coil encloses both the second yoke leg and the armature rod. One of the magnet coils is a working and measuring coil which can be selectively used for enhancing the magnetic force or for determining a position of the movable armature rod.

A solenoid valve having a condition monitoring unit, and a method of condition monitoring this solenoid valve are specified. A core of the solenoid valve can be shifted with respect to a holding coil and a measuring coil. A reading voltage is applied to the measuring coil, and the current intensity of a current flowing through the measuring coil is determined at a first and a second time. The first measuring is performed during a switching-on or switching-off operation of the current flowing through the measuring coil. The second measuring is performed when the current intensity of the current flowing through the measuring coil has reached a stationary condition.

An impulse solenoid valve with at least one solenoid coil, a magnetically soft magnetic circuit which comprises a stationary yoke and a movable solenoid core, and with a permanent magnet which is accommodated in the magnetic circuit such that it sectionally interrupts the magnetic circuit, is characterized in that a first portion and a second portion of the magnetic circuit each directly contact the same on opposite sides of the permanent magnet, preferably over the full surface.

Impulse solenoid valve

A solenoid valve comprising a magnetic drive having at least two parallel coils which are arranged with their end faces lying between two spaced apart magnetic yoke plates, a stationary magnetic plug and an axially movable magnetic core each being arranged in each coil which together with the magnetic yoke plates form a ferromagnetic circuit. At least one further magnetic element which is firmly connected to a respective yoke plate on two opposite ends is arranged between the magnetic plates.
