A distributor assembly, which is provided in particular for a separation unit of a modular process device arrangement, including a fluid distributor device having a plurality of fluid ports, wherein the fluid distributor device can selectively establish and block fluid communications between the fluid ports. The distributor assembly further includes a connecting element and a retaining element. The connecting element is adapted to be attached to one of the fluid ports, and the distributor assembly includes an associated mounting slot at the fluid port. The mounting slot is adapted to the shape of the retaining element such that the retaining element can be inserted into the mounting slot up to a defined retaining position, in which the retaining element engages the connecting element and fixes it in place.

A disposable filter capsule for a filtration device comprises only one housing, which has an inflow connection for a fluid to be filtered and an outflow connection for filtrate. The disposable filter capsule also comprises at least two separate filter means, which are fixed in the housing and together with the housing form an inseparable structural unit. All the components of the disposable filter capsule consist of sterilizable, in particular gamma-sterilizable, materials.

The line portion is designed in the form of a tubular connection stub with first thread means spaced apart axially from the abutment surface of its abutment flange and in that each ring segment has a radially inwardly projecting clamping flange and second thread means, which are spaced apart axially from said clamping flange and correspond to the first thread means.

A filter module for sterile filtration and virus filtration of fluid media. The filter module includes a filter membrane with a porous edge structure arranged thereon and at least one anchoring element. The filter membrane with the porous edge structure is embedded in the anchoring element and serves as edge reinforcement to improve the connection of the filter membrane to the anchoring element. The texturing or surface roughness of the edge reinforcement provides an interlocking effect between the filter membrane and the anchoring element. The embedding of the filter membrane in the anchoring element provides a fluid-tight connection of the membrane to the anchoring element which prevents the occurrence of leaks in the end region of the filter module. A method for producing the filter module is also described.

The invention relates to an annular connection clamp with a first clamping flange () which protrudes radially inwards and with an axial counter bearing () which is spaced from the clamping flange and which is made of a first and a second half-ring segment (), each half-ring segment having a first and a second segment end. The first segment end of the first half-ring segment () has latching means () of a first type, and the second segment end of the second half-ring segment has corresponding latching means () of a second type, said latching means being pushed into each other in a tangential direction, thereby being latchable together. A disposable filtration device includes a plurality of disposable filter capsules connected with each other by lines, which are carried by a rigid holder. At least the holder and the lines between the filter capsules preferably are formed of a sterilizable material, so that the filtration device can be sterilized in the pre-mounted, i.e. ready-to-connect condition, and can be packed and transported without a risk of damage.
